Cloud Restaurant Management L.L.C. — Restaurant in Dubai

Unfortunately I can't review the food here for now because after a 45 mins wait it didn't arrive so I had to cancel and leave as I had a 1 hour gap to eat my dinner. Backstory, this place is near to where I live, always wanted to try, so headed down today at 6.45pm. The have the menus from several, Italian, Asian and Middle Eastern. Resturants who they act as the cloud kitchen for + a nice outdoor seating area so combine the two and you have a nice combination- in theory. We ordered cheese balls - which came after 30 mins and were nice enough (=the only item that arrived) and also shawarma, houmous, soup and other favourites...nothing came..so after many warnings to them we canceled, laid for the cheese balls and had to leave....prices seem moderate also. + staff and...

Good to eat, not good for real shisha lovers. Good food, good service (waiters). I tried Russian cuisine and sushi. Milk shakes and mango juice were delicious. Unfortunately, the shisha is not what is expected. They claim they serve must have (Russian tobacco), but that's not true must have has a vivid flavor and is a heavy tobacco. What they serve is not Must Have tobacco (today I asked for plain must have, but they made a mix of different tobaccos and there was no heavy and vivid flavor). Don't go here for shisha, only for food. P. S. I tried them 3 times. Not any...

We came in the waiter welcoming us, then i ordered through that the website at the qr code table, no one came to us, after 29 minutes a waiter came to us and asked him i ordered through the website and then he said something is not working, and tell us to order again, we decided to leave, really wanted to try their thai food but to sit on table for 29 minutes and no one to come and ask us what we want, Owner get rid of them because you loose money like this with lazy...
