Went with my mom to this store, first up, they always change the location of the products. My mom needed thick teriyaki sauce that was only there, and they changed its place, and we couldn't find it. Second of all, we clearly had our own reusable bags, and we even opened them for the cashier to put the items in. Guess what happened. The cashier SHOVED the bag aside and pulled out two of the 0.50 AED single use bags, and charged us for it. My mom said , "Oh, sorry, we have our own bag." The cashier went "Oh.", and continued putting items in the single use ones. Then she didn't even ask if we needed the bag. Overall bad customer service, and always mixing up...

I had to use this store quite a few times over the course of two months. The store is always clean. The staff is always friendly. They help with any request without delay. The store has a fairly large selection of products for such a small space. My family was delighted with the fresh bread that is baked in the store. The bread is always tasty and fresh. There is one suggestion regarding fresh greens and some vegetables that are on display cases in front of the checkout, I recommend placing greens on display cases with cooling and water spray, as is done in all North American...

NEVER BUY PRODUCTS THERE! They are selling sick mushrooms and rotten tomatoes. From consuming contaminated mushrooms, people end up in clinics! A couple of months ago, I saw a dead cockroach in the fruit section. I didn’t file a complaint then, but the situation with the mushrooms made it clear that the Quality Standards Control Service of DED department should visit this store.
