One of never again moments. Me and my friends decided to have dinner at BKK Al barsha since we all love thai food. We ordered tom yum, papaya salad, mango sticky rice, pad thai, chicken satay and the beef thai fried rice.
All other food is okay. But the beef fried rice they served us was a different story. First of all, the amount of serving portion was small for its price. Then secondly, it’s not fresh. The smell of the rice and the taste of the beef was an obvious give away that it was already spoiled. We complained to the waiter and he informed the manager. They change the beef fried rice and told us that they made it from fresh batch. Guess what, the rice is okay, but the beef still taste funny. We then complain again then the manager mr mousa i think? went to our table and he was insisting that the meat shouldn’t be bad and insinuating that we didnt know what we were talking about. He then went on on explaining that like theres a marinade and maybe we were tasting the marinade and we are used to that taste and the texture is different. Because he said that they already made from newly open marinade 🤦🏻♀️ this went on for like long 3-5mins i think. He did apologize and acknowledged that the first batch that we return actually has a “problem”. It thought it was done then after some time he came to our table again with a saucer and a few beef meat on it asking us to taste it as it was from the same batch that they used for the second fried rice that they gave us (which was still with the spoiled beef) We do not see the point of it but okay. Then after that we discussed again that it we stand with our feedback that the meat was already gone bad. He denied it. Then we called him and asked hin to smell the beef on what was served to us the second time he came and ate and chew it. Then he said “youre right” after that he spit the meat into the tissue. He then thanked us for the feedback and said that the owner will come and he will ask the owner to check the meat. I was more disappointed with the way that the issue was handled, More than the disappointment of eating a spoilt and beef gone bad thai fried rice. But the service of nepali waiter was nice. After that, we got our bill,...

If you’re looking for authentic Thai flavors that strike the perfect balance between bold spice, delicate sweetness, and aromatic herbs, look no further than BKK Station. This place delivers a truly memorable dining experience from start to finish.
We started with the Som Tam, for starters, which hit all the right notes — tangy, spicy and with a hint of crushed peanuts hit the right notes.
Everything from there on was an absolute stunner. The Grilled scampi with the sauce on the side was delicious.
The Pad Thai was a standout: perfectly stir-fried noodles with just the right amount of tamarind, crunchy peanuts, and fresh lime on the side.
The Beef Pad Kra Pao, stir fried beef with holy basil was perfect.
Also the Red Curry — rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The chicken was tender, and the vegetables were fresh and cooked to perfection. The jasmine rice was fluffy and the perfect companion to soak up the sauce.
Service was friendly and attentive, with staff who clearly know and love the cuisine. The ambiance was warm and inviting — simple, but with thoughtful decor touches that evoke the feeling of a cozy spot in Bangkok.
Verdict: ★★★★★ Authentic, flavorful, and reasonably priced — BKK Station in Barsha 2 is Thai food at its best. Whether you’re a spice lover or prefer something milder, there’s something here for everyone.
