⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Long Stay – Truly Felt Like Home!
I recently stayed at City Stay Grand Hotel Apartment in Al Barsha 1 for a long duration starting from October 16th, while completing several official procedures, including my medical tests and Emirates ID biometrics. Because the completion dates were uncertain, I had to keep extending my stay multiple times, and throughout this entire period the hotel staff were incredibly understanding, supportive, and kind.
A very special appreciation to the front desk receptionist, who was truly amazing. She was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. I requested room changes on three different occasions, simply for a change of atmosphere during my long stay, and she arranged everything with a smile and absolutely no hesitation. Her professionalism and friendliness made a huge difference to my experience.
I stayed in Room 301B, a studio-style apartment. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The balcony was lovely and offered a pleasant street view, with the Malabar Kings restaurant right across the road. The convenience of having a pharmacy and a supermarket right next door cannot be overstated—it made my stay so easy.
The in-room kitchen and washing machine were a major advantage for a long stay like mine. I also had a large glass table, which became my work desk where I comfortably set up my computer equipment and worked whenever needed.
The housekeeping and room service teams were truly exceptional. They were punctual, polite, and always ensured the room was perfectly maintained. Their courteous nature and attention to detail really stood out.
Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable, peaceful, and felt like home. I am genuinely grateful for the kindness, hospitality, and warmth extended to me during my time here.

And the view was on the side of the street but we booked city view so I kindly requested to change. Pictures of the view u see. I was stay in room 701A and actually it’s was not bad but still price is to high for that as per my opinion. Plus they charge me 150 AED when I check in and they told it will be refunded and when I check out they told me no mam it’s not refunded and they told me it’s a fee. Usually u live cash in case of u take something to room extra but we didn’t and from beginning they give me wrong information then. This leave bad feelings. Plus guys be careful when u booked it because when my friend booked there didn’t was option to cancel and u pay on the spot. Once I came they told there was option. Sorry didn’t have time to check it. But honestly can’t recommend it. U can find much more better if not the issue that we can’t cancel it I will not stay there. We stay 2 weeks. I can give like 2 star for this hotel. They don’t do proper cleaning. Table full of dust after them cleaning. Only in last 2 days they really clean it. Read moreIn 10 years of going and coming to dubai from AUH to meet my sister, i am always booking hotel online to stay, but this time is the first time that my experience was disaster,,,,It was my sisters bday so I had booked a room for 4 person to surprise her, then she(bday celebrant)arrived in the property first together with my brother in Law around 1:15 on April 2(Tuesday)as we are still travelling- they were not been asked to go up and the hotel receptionist Filipina lady who refused to give her name(no standards, name badge is not worn)made then wait for me seems before they can check in on which the booking is for 4 persons- worst thing to my surprise the hotel receptionist refunded my payment online and made my guest pay at the reception- WITHOUT INFORMING ME OR REACHING OUT TO ME, WHICH IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! the moment they finish the payment and went to room that's when my brother in law have told me that they paid as the receptionist made them pay, AND HAVE DECIDED ALONE TO REFUND MY BOOKING WITHINGTON REACHING OUT TO ME OR TO THE PERSON WHO INITIATED THE BOOKING ONLINE- all I asked was the courtesy from the hotel to call me and asked for other options to whatever it is she should have NOT LET AT ANY COST MADE MY GUEST PAID!!!
