I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to Black Olive Restaurant on 25 October at 7:00 am. I was looking forward to starting my morning with a pleasant breakfast, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations.
Firstly, I was disheartened by the behavior of the staff. They appeared unapproachable and rude, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any dining experience, and the lack of courtesy from the team left a negative impression.
In addition to the poor service, the quality of the food did not meet the standard I anticipated. The meal was not up to par, lacking the quality and care that one would expect from a reputable restaurant like yours.
