After nine of twenty-one nights in room 516, I still have mixed emotions about this hotel. Check-in was pleasant and they have great staff. The guy who does the housekeeping is always friendly, although this is the first hotel I have encountered where housekeeping is done between 5 pm and 7 pm, just as guests arrive back from a day in the city to freshen up for a night out. Staff at reception, at the pool and in the restaurant is professional as well. The room is large enough and has a comfortabele king bed. Room and bathroom serviced daily. The Internet signal is not the fastest, but enough for checking mails and browsing. A safe and fridge are provided. The location is not in the most interesting part of Dubai, but there is a free shuttlebus taking you to the mall and beach v.v. daily, two metrostations within a ten minute walk and a busstop in front of the hotel. The reason why I hesitate to make this a four star review, is that the shower on many occasions only offers a very low water pressure and cold or lukewarm water at best. That is alright for cleansing your body, but not for washing your hair. I have already reported this twice, but without any improvement. The room is very noisy as well. No outside noise, but I have children in room 517 next to me that I can hear shouting, day and night even well past midnight. And the furniture is worn, old and sometimes damaged. So. the room can do with some renovations. And they only have four sunbeds at the small pool, which is strange for a seven floor hotel with more than a hundred rooms. Since, I am staying during the holy month of Ramadan, the nightly rate I pay, is low. Basically, I still haven't decided between three and four stars. I still have twelve nights to go to make up my mind and write a definite review later.
Addition after staying twenty nights: After the hotel management read my review, immediate action was taken and I was moved to another room (502). This room doesn't seem to have the issues I earlier mentioned, apart from the low water pressure and the lack of warm water on some occasions. That remains. We Had An Amazing and Comfortable Stay At This Hotel. We Had A Nice “King Bedroom” On 2nd Floor With A Lovely View of Main Road and The Neighbouring Runway-view of Dubai International Airport, Terminal-3. Our Room Was Well-decorated, Specious, Orderly, Neat and Clean. We Truly Enjoyed Our Stay At This Hotel A Lot In Our Recent Trip.
The Service and Facilities of Hilton Garden Inn - (Al Muraqqabat) Hotel Are Excellent. This Hotel Has A Good Management Which Always Ensures Best Services For It’s Guests. Every Time When We Stay At This Hotel On Holiday-Trip We Feel Safe, Comfortable, and Satisfied. We Always Get Lovely Hospitality From This Hotel. In Conclusion, Many Shopping Malls, Various Eateries, 24-Hours Pharmacy and Grocery-shop Are Close To This Hotel. Note That, Al-Rigga Metro/Rail Station Is 8 To 10 Minutes Walk From The Hotel. Taxis and Buses Are Also Accessible From The Hotel. In My Next Trip To Dubai, I Will Certainly Come To This Hotel Again To Stay With My...

Great team of very welcoming staff, with wonderful approaches in explaining everything that one needs to know while at the Hotel such as but not limited to; the breakfast timing, the free self laundry services, the roof top bar, the free bus schedules to three tourist sites and quick house rules. Wow, they were doing their paid job in an exceptional way. These two gentlemen (Patrick & Zahid), really made sure I got upgraded to one bedroom suite whenever it was available as per Hilton Honors Policy on possible upgrade. 🙏🙏🙏... really appreciate you guys & keep up the good work.

I encountered these gentlemen at the different rooms & floors I stayed. There attitude while cleaning the rooms were astute because of how diligent & focus to very little details, making sure the rooms were cleaned properly. I was impressed on their deliverables & encouraged them to keep up the spirit. These are little things that matters most, hygiene of the guest room. It was very impactful meeting these persons, they did not only made sure I enjoyed my visit to the restaurant/bar, they were very meticulous with smiles in explaining stuffs such as happy hours & so on. I was served professionally & well taken care of at all times. I really appreciate you both & continue same way always.
Guess what? The location of the hotel is like 15mins to Dubai Gold Souk - Deira. I love this place guys & I will guarantee that whenever I am visit Dubai, this is a must stay place for me. Great location & I love it.
