I never expected my first shopping experience at a non-airport Patchi store to be so appalling. I had never purchased bulk chocolates before and only started selecting after confirming with your staff that all flavors could be mixed without any restrictions on the quantity of each. Perhaps for your staff, mixing 7 to 8 flavors in one box is a challenging and strenuous task, which might explain their apparent unhappiness. If it weren’t for the crowd control at Dubai Mall on New Year's Eve, it would have been difficult for me, as a tourist, to visit this store. Just because I don’t understand English doesn’t mean I couldn’t see your employees sarcastically mimicking customers choosing chocolates, nor was I unaware of the meaning behind the word "fuxking" spoken by your staff. I suggest printing a notice stating "Severe racial discrimination by staff, not recommended for first-time Patchi customers" on an A4 sheet and posting it at your main entrance. Extremely unpleasant

Yesterday was my second visit to this store. First time, it was super friendly and nice experience. Last night, we got there around 10:25pm there was another customer too and the store closes at 11pm.

There were 2 men serving; one young white tall very smiling guy (Mohamed) and the other one; middle aged; semi-oriental with very tired looking and extremely impatient attitude serving us. It seems that he just wanted to kick us out to end his day of work.

We just took quick look, chose, paid and left.

For a well-known Chocolate brand in Dubai with lots of tourists visits, the rude attitude and unwillingly serving was surprising (just 2 nights before we went to Dubai Mall the Patchi store in the mall was full of tourists but the service was still great).

One of the best dubai chocolate that you can have. Its healthy and amazing in taste with perfect balance of sweetness. On top of all this the staff here is amazing as they usually close the shop at 11.00PM, I called them and informed that will reach their store 11.10PM and they actually kept the store open for me as I reached by 11.15PM.
