Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Dubai Deira — Hotel in Dubai

The first notable thing about this hotel was my check-in experience. I arrived early in the morning, having barely slept on my overnight flight from the UK. I was warmly welcomed, seated, given a welcome drink and good-luck NEHA while the check-in formalities were performed. I was tired but expected a few hours' wait before my room was ready, but to my surprise, within half an hour (at 10:30am!) I could enter and get a much-needed rest.

The room (a deluxe city view room on the 6th floor) was beautiful and spacious. There's a luggage room, then a small corridor to the bathroom and bedroom area. The bathroom was beautifully lit and a good size with separate toilet and walk in shower areas behind frosted glass doors. Above the large bath was a window looking through to the Outside City making it feel even more spacious (with a blind for privacy should you need it). Toiletries were very nice!

The bed was one of the most comfortable I can remember sleeping in - king size with superb soft but supportive pillows. I stayed in one of the cooler months in Dubai and the room always felt pleasantly cool with the a/c, and the mood lighting is also easy to use. And the finishes throughout are superb! They also provide lots of bottled water in the room.

Breakfast is a truly superb buffet (with waiter service for drinks and cooked egg options etc.) I arrived quite late (around 10am) which is during their busiest period. There was just a very short wait of a few moments for a table. The choice of food was just excellent, and there's even a bar for juices, smoothies and infused waters. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

Other than for breakfast I didn't use the restaurants in the hotel, but I did order some room-service food late one evening. Even items not on the menu were prepared for me and it was all delivered quickly. It's not cheap but reasonable enough for this kind of service, and the food was excellent.

What really impressed me more than anything was the quality of service and friendly staff at the Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Dubai Deira . In the same way that they were so helpful in preparing my room so quickly after my early morning arrival, I was looked after so well on my last evening before a very late (10:45am) onward flight. I had checked out of my room earlier that day, but was offered an evening shower in the spa so I could travel to the airport refreshed

A quick note about transport... the luxury Hotel Car are also well worth using when transferring to the airport . I was concerned this might be an expensive option, but it was reasonable. BIG THANK YOU TO All for made our stay memorable felt...

One of the worst hotel ever experienced.

Totally unexpected from brands like Wyndham.

I satyed there for 2 nights,

1. Even requesting several times no one came to clean the room.

2. i bought some drinks and food as it was mentioned that the room has a fridge, sadly it was not working even complaining about that in 2 days no one has fixed. Food and drinks worth 100 aed went bad.

3. In breakfast there was hair in food, faced the same for 2 days which is totally unacceptable.

4. The bathroom, cup and kettle were dirty, there was blood/stains on bedsheet

Even after complaining about it multiple times no one was resolving issues, while checking out when i gave feedback the receptionist was blaming me instead that you have to come near reception and complain to us, The funny part is i was calling on reception only.

While i asked him if I wanted to talk to the manager, he denied, after some sometime with anger he called him.

Now mr. Rashid(manager) came and something unexpected happened.

I was explaining issues with proof, and he was laughing finally he told me sorry we can't fix this now😐

I asked for a partial refund but still he said sorry we can't do anything.

I am attaching images below as proof, since many years i was blindly trusting hotels where the name Wyndham was associated but this kind of service and behaviour broke the trust of years.

I was left with no choice than posting it here.

EDIT AFTER REPLY TO REVIEW Very sad to see you reply, even after all the proofs and despite confirmation of hair in food by restro incharge(which was confirmed by you when i complained) you are denying everything.

As far as compensation is concerned i had requested as i paid full price not for such bad service i received.

Defending staff is good but insulting a customer is equally...

I booked this place via the MakeMyTrip app and it is one of the jewels in the crown while you are staying in Dubai.

This place is situated near the Dubai international airport and the location is so gold you if you book a city side room you will never be bored sitting in the room even if you are alone the view from the window as a such a tremendous view that I have no words to explain.

I have stayed in this hotel for almost 10 days and even for the one day and never face any kind of problem.

Most of the staff of the hotel is either Indian or Nepalese or Bangladeshi.

And most of the staff speaks English Hindi and other languages.

Food which they serve in the breakfast they have plenty of varieties that you cannot taste each and everything available there. Such a huge variety for breakfast.

They have 3 in house clubs, one is Russian one is Iranian and another one is bar and club. For all the in house guess the entry is absolutely free and ambience and atmosphere in the club's is beyond my expectation.

Search anyone throughout the globe planning to visit Dubai this hotel is the best recommended place by me.

The entire staff of the hotel is very professional and they will eagerly help you in any kind of situation.
