I recently had the pleasure of dining at China Bistro, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Each dish was clearly prepared with care, and the menu offered a great variety to suit every taste.

What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we walked in, we felt like valued guests. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.

It’s rare to find a place that delivers both top-notch food and such genuine hospitality. China Bistro is a true gem — whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout, you can expect quality and kindness every time.

This place was so dam good that I could not wait till I left to review it. We had the Hunan drums of heaven, the roasted chicken in some killer sauce, the burnt garlic fried rice, manchow soup and honest noodles with ice cream. First place ever where you even get the cripsy noodles in your soup made fresh. The chicken tasted fresh and delicious. Unlike other Chinese restaurants where all the sauces taste the same this place had uniqueness in every dish.

HOWEVER, my main shout out goes to Ramakant, our server. If there's one thing I love it's an honest server, not the ones that say everything is good. He gave us his best recommendations none of them disappointed. He spent time to serve us, made sure at every minute that we enjoyed our food and honestly just made the entire meal extra special.

China Bistro is a fusion restaurant that offers cuisines from various Asian countries and they did a tremendous job of doing so while keep the prices low.

With such a restaurant name, I was only expecting to see Chinese food but I was pleasantly surprised to see Japanese and Thai food on the menu. While I stuck with Chinese dishes as that is what I had in mind, based on what I tasted with the Chinese dishes, I can confidently assume that the other dishes would be just as good.

Portions are generous and the taste was above average for a fusion restaurant.

I was also surprised to see some unique combinations that I've never seen before which tasted great, mainly in the dim sums.
