Dining at Zaroob proved to be an unforgettable experience, much of it thanks to the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Ahmed Assad. From the moment we were seated, Ahmed greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, setting the tone for what was to be a delightful evening.
The menu at Zaroob is an exploration of vibrant Middle Eastern cuisine, offering a plethora of options ranging from savory mezze platters to hearty main dishes. Ahmed was instrumental in guiding us through the menu, providing detailed descriptions of dishes, and offering personalized recommendations based on our preferences. His knowledge of the cuisine and attentiveness to our dining needs was truly commendable.
Our food arrived promptly, each dish artfully presented and bursting with flavors. It was evident that Zaroob prioritizes quality and authenticity in their offerings. The hummus was perfectly smooth and creamy, the grilled meats were succulent and well-seasoned, and the freshly baked pita bread was a delightful accompaniment to our meal.
Throughout our dinner, Ahmed remained attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our water glasses were always filled and checking in periodically to see if we needed anything else. His professionalism and keen attention to detail significantly enhanced our dining experience.
In conclusion, our visit to Zaroob was a delightful journey through Middle Eastern cuisine, greatly augmented by Ahmed Assad's exceptional service. His friendly demeanor, expert knowledge, and attentive service not only made our meal enjoyable but also left a lasting impression. Read moreI visited Zaroob - a vibrant lit restaurant in Motor City which is Popular for its Levantine street food. Motor City was beautifully decorated by lights and it’s very attractive which gives a good vibe. Adding to this, Zaroob Restaurant was very vibrant with green and pink theme. Love the pleasant ambience plus the smiles of all the staff gave a good feel. I felt like I am in my own place with my own people. Thanks to each and everyone of you who took good care of us.
Coming to food, it was very authentic and all the food which I tasted was so fresh and tasty. Everything was served very quickly where they didn’t make us to wait for long time.
I need to highlight about their unique shawarma “THE IMPOSSIBLE” this Shawarma in all its glory. All the items are 100% vegan, from the bread to the tarator sauce. For those who don’t eat meat like me, this is the best option. Please don’t miss to order when you visit or order online.

Read moreZaroob has been one of my favourite restaurants in Dubai. I almost visit it weekly and even order it for big events (50 people, etc) from all branches. I've introduced the restaurant to everyone I know due to its delicious food that feels close to home. There's nothing on the menu I don't like, but I'm a little disappointed in the service provided to me. The last time I visited, I wanted to have breakfast outdoors on the roof, and the staff told me they don't open the roof in the morning (the same has happened at night as well). Now that the weather is nice, people don't really want to sit in enclosed spaces. Also, I wanted to change 1 item from the baker's breakfast from lahm b ajin to a regular cheese and zaatar manoushe (which would cost them less by the way) and I saw the chef reacting visibly angry towards the waiter at my request which was denied. Any other restaurant would have no problem accomodating to a customer's minor request. Update: This is the 5th time I go to Zaroob to sit outdoors and it's also the 5th time they tell me their outdoors section is closed and each of the 5 times it was closed for a different reason. 1 time it was too early, 1 time it was too hot out, 1 time it was too cold out, 1 time it was too late in time and everytime they give different reason. went from my favourite place to one of my least favourites. very bad customer service and will not be going to...
