Disgusting! If you are looking for Pekin Duck!! Never order from here !!! I trust this message reaches you in good health. I am writing to express my deep disappointment concerning my recent Peking Duck order from your establishment. I feel compelled to share my concerns and provide feedback on this experience.
I had eagerly anticipated savoring an authentic Peking Duck, but regrettably, the dish I received appeared to be no more than fried duck. It lacked the traditional Peking Duck flavor profile I was expecting. To add to my dismay, the dish arrived cold and emitted an unpleasant odor, which was rather off-putting.
Furthermore, I was surprised to find that my order contained only four pieces of bread. This quantity seemed insufficient for a Peking Duck dish, which typically includes more bread to complement the rich flavors of the duck.
To be frank, the overall experience left me feeling disgusted and dissatisfied. I believe that such deviations from expectations can adversely affect your restaurant's reputation. It is my sincere hope that you will review your food preparation and quality control procedures to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar disappointments.
I value local businesses and wish to see them succeed. Therefore, I offer this feedback in the hope that it will contribute to the enhancement of your services. I kindly request that you address these issues and provide a resolution to ensure a more gratifying dining experience for future patrons.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing...
Read moreMy husband and I had our first experience in Little Bankok's Motor City Branch a couple of days ago. If there's a half a star option, I would have rated this branch a 4.5 instead of only 4 just for a little improvement that could be beneficial for this branch.
Let's get down to business:
Food - 5/5 - I'm expecting Thai food to be sweet but my husband doesn't prefer sweet food and so I'm glad that we had other options to choose from. We were not even able to finish two of the items that we ordered.
Ambiance - 4.5 - I think the lighting should be improved. It's fair that the surrounding is a little bit dim but at least put an e-candle (any item that will shed light more) will be very helpful to your guest especially that the words on the menu are pretty small. It was kinda challenging for us to read the menu.
Service - 5/5 - We preferred a table that was just recently vacated but it was cleaned right away. "Yasa" the one who made our experience enjoyable even though it's just a normal dinner for us, is truly amazing. He made sure that our orders were taken accurately, and our food gets served right away. We had little chats about places and random things and we find him very likable. It is something that we really appreciate after having a challenging day. There are also two other gentlemen who assisted us (they served the rest of our food, I'm not sure if they're both Filipino,) but I like to extend my appreciation towards them as well. Thank...
Read moreNestled in downtown, Little Bangkok is a cozy Thai eatery offering a delightful taste of Thailand right in the heart of the city. The ambiance inside is warm and inviting, with soft lighting, wooden decor, and Thai music playing softly in the background.
Let's talk about the food, which truly impresses. We started with the Tom Yum Soup, a flavorful broth infused with lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves, packed with shrimp. It was a perfect balance of tangy and spicy flavors.
For our main course, we enjoyed the classic Pad Thai and Green Curry. The Pad Thai was excellent—tender rice noodles stir-fried with tofu, bean sprouts, and eggs, topped with crushed peanuts. The Green Curry was fragrant and creamy, with tender chicken and vegetables in a coconut milk base.
What stands out about Little Bangkok is the authenticity of its dishes. They use traditional Thai ingredients and techniques, resulting in dishes that capture the true essence of Thai cuisine.
The ambiance complements the dining experience perfectly, with a cozy setting ideal for a date night or casual dinner with friends. The service is attentive and friendly, with staff knowledgeable about the menu.
In summary, Little Bangkok is a great spot for Thai food lovers seeking authentic flavors and a charming atmosphere. The dishes are delicious, the ambiance is inviting, and the overall experience is one that will surely have you coming...
