We came to cheer for a friend who was taking part in the 24 hours of Dubai race and chose this hotel because it was located close to the track and we were right. Our acquaintance with the hotel began with a friendly girl at the reception. And even though we arrived a little earlier than check-in time, we were provided with rooms without delay. The standard double pleased with the size. I often stay at the Radisson hotels in Europe and the room size does not always meet expectations. I also liked the large bathroom. The condition of the room itself is excellent, clean and cozy. I would like to especially note that, like the reception, the room is decorated with racing accents but adds to the ambience. But the most important thing is the view and the windows. It is simply magnificent for a person who came to the race. My windows overlooked the last turn and the exit to the starting straight and I can say that watching from the window was even more interesting than watching the broadcast on TV. Review for Park Inn by Radisson Blu, Motor City Dubai

I recently booked a hall at Park Inn by Radisson Blu Motor City to celebrate my daughters’ birthday. The staff were truly wonderful — friendly, attentive, and very supportive throughout the event. The food was light but decent, and there was a good amount of coffee, water, and juice, all set up at the same station.

However, despite the great service, we were very disappointed by what we witnessed toward the end of the event. There were more than one cockroach at the coffee and drinks station. I wasn’t the only one who noticed — several of my guests saw them as well, and it was both shocking and embarrassing. For a four-star hotel, this level of hygiene is simply not acceptable.

It’s unfortunate because the staff really did their part well, but cleanliness — especially around food and beverage areas — is critical. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously...
