Want to experience all in one experience with roof top dinner, beautiful ambience, finger licking food, great music and amazing hospitality??? Then head on to Estrella's Skylounge located in Mankhool, in Canvas Hotel.

We tried: For Drinks : 1947 & Passion Fruit Mix. Both were refreshing and we loved it. Salads : Vegetarian Ceasar Salad & Raw papaya & Mango Salad. The papaya salad was really good with some spice and tanginess. We loved it. Starters : Malai Broccoli Tikka Was good but could have been baked more to make it crispier. The dips served with this were tasty too. Mains : Noodles & Sizzling Paneer Chilli. The Noodles were like Chowmein, thin and with amazing flavours. Well made and good portions. Chilli Paneer was also equally good. Desserts : Tried their Brownie & Cheesecake. Brownie was overloaded with walnuts and tasted divine. Similarly the cheesecake was also very good, soft and the base crisp.

Overall a very good experience. A great view from the roof top. We could even see the fireworks happening for the National Day fr this place.

Special Thanks to Mr. Sohit who was very courteous and hospitable and helped us out a lot with the Menu. And also Thanks to Chef Sushil who came to our table to ask for our specifications as we are vegetarians.

Estrellas Rooftop Lounge is Located in The Canvas hotel. You can enjoy your food along with the beautiful views of Dubai skyline. The rooftop has a live bar, pool side seating, as well as indoor seating. The ambience is simple & relaxing with some melodious Indian music in the background. Coming back to food. Chef had already set a menu for us, which was really good. So... they served us some amazing starters... super cheese Jalapeño cheese peppers, Mex-Tex Nachos ... crunch nachos with chili, cheese,sour creame and guacamole. Chilli chicken ... on perfection Vegetarian Grill platter... a delight ... served on a wooden platter with Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Broccoli, Mushrooms & Malai Soya Chaap Everything was super delicious... except the soya Chaap .. I personally don’t like that. Other than that.. everything was perfect.

In the main course, they served us, Dal Makhani, Mutton Biryani & Butter Chicken. Total Desi combination.. just loved it.

Desserts were amazing... loved the Gulf Dates Pudding & Mandarin cheese cake.

For drinks we tried the Sweet Splash, Peach & Passion fruit juice & Virgin Mojito. All three were quite refreshing.
