I would not choose this place for my worst enemy let alone reconsider going there myself. So let's start with the basics the hotel is called Palm Beach with no Beach to be in sight near the Hotel. That is in connection with the Hotel. They have Asian night clubs there where elderly men tend to be seen found hanging outside making it extremely uncomfortable for people who want to go there with families. Music from the club can be heard till late hours all the way till the 5th floor. It is faint if you are at the 5th floor but I feel bad for the people sleeping directly above it. The complimentary food is nasty and bland. The porters are lovely but the reception staff are rude and unprofessional. Ok so let me tell you about my experience. Got there to this dingy thing called a hotel and bearing in mind it's a 3 star I would not classify it as even a 1 star I rather dig a hole and sleep there. Got there had to pay city tax which according to most cab drivers should have been around 20-30 dhirams paid them 70 dhirams. Didn't think much of it. Went upstairs and realised the room we have been given is just a normal double room so I requested for the second bed to be put in the room. I kid you not it felt like the bed was stolen from a 1945 war camp where Injured solderies would be kept whilst they are in the infirmary. I should have slept on the floor instead. The hotel could not be further from the pictures trust me don't let the pictures catfish you this hotel is not that clean not that posh looking. I spoke to there staff and they said the reception staff tend to like adding extra charges upon checkout they brought out some old bed sheets with blood or wine stains and tried to accuse me and my family of them tried to charge us for all three of them. This is a hotel that should be in the top horrors of Dubai. Avoid this place but if you do happen to stumble accross this god forsaken place then do go to Light Star it's a small food place with amazing food and drink and teas to die for. But overall I rather cut my own wrists then go back to this hotel that's how much I despise them and the hotel. Avoid. Save your money please.

Well seeing that you can't reply back to the owner or managements comment I'll just reply back on here. Let's start with the 1975/978 comment that explains why your hotel is so run down how about you spend all that money you steal from adding charges to improving the hotel. Now it makes no sense to me why you'd name a hotel palm beach if there is no beach. It's like me having a shop called ice cream and just selling food and no ice cream. So you might need to rethink that too. Smoking shisha lol where and when do you have the proof. The blood stains were not ours they were your dingy dummy bed sheets which you use to harass customers on checkout. I apologized for what exactly I said sorry to the porters because they did no wrong your manager was good too so I apologised to him as well but besides that your reception staff and the remaining management are all abnoxious morons. Also I won't point names but even some of your staff agreed that you guys like to steal money from your customers by adding charges. So instead of defending your stupid hotel and it's stupid name how about you fix up and take the f*g criticism and make your...

I stayed at Palm Beach Hotel for a weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised! The hotel strikes the perfect balance between affordability and comfort. My room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the Dubai skyline from the window—especially magical at sunset.
The rooftop pool is a highlight! It’s small but serene, offering a peaceful escape from the city buzz. I also loved the multi-cuisine restaurant downstairs; their breakfast buffet had a great variety, from fresh fruits to Arabic classics like shakshuka. The staff stood out—special shoutout to Rahim at the front desk, who helped me plan a last-minute tour to the Dubai Museum (just a 10-minute walk away!).
Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. You’re steps from the Dubai Metro (Al Fahidi Station), and the historic Al Fahidi neighborhood is a short stroll for culture lovers. The Gold Souk and Textile Souk are also nearby, making it ideal for explorers.
Minor note: The Wi-Fi was a bit slow in the evenings, but it didn’t ruin the experience. For the price, this place is a steal. Whether you’re a budget traveler or just need a cozy base in Dubai, Palm Beach Hotel delivers.
Pro tip: Ask for a room on the higher floors for quieter nights and better views!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Convenience!
My stay at Palm Beach Hotel Bur Dubai was fantastic from start to finish! The spa was a highlight—I treated myself to a 60-minute Balinese massage that melted away all my travel stress. The therapist, Anika, was incredibly skilled and even recommended stretches for my sore shoulders. The gym is compact but well-equipped with modern cardio machines and free weights, perfect for a quick workout (they even provide towels and chilled water!).
Evenings here are a delight. The hotel’s Al Dawaar Restaurant offers a stunning panoramic view of Dubai Creek during sunset. I tried their mixed grill platter—succulent kebabs, tender shish tawook, and flavorful lamb chops—paired with their signature mango mocktail. The live Arabic music added a lovely vibe to the meal!
Staff interactions made the stay extra special:
Housekeeping: Left sweet handwritten notes daily with chocolates—such a thoughtful touch!
Concierge: Rajesh suggested a hidden gem: the Dubai Frame (a 15-minute drive away). He arranged a taxi and timed our visit perfectly to avoid crowds.
Restaurant Server: Maria remembered my coffee preference (extra foam!) every morning at breakfast.
Location perks:
5-minute walk to the Dubai Museum and Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood (don’t miss the art galleries!).
10-minute drive to Creek Park, where we enjoyed a sunset abra (boat) ride along the creek.
15 minutes by metro to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa—super convenient!
Minor quirks: The Wi-Fi lagged during peak hours, but the 24/7 room service (try the shawarma plate!) made up for it. For a mid-range hotel, this place punches way above its weight.
Pro tips:
Book a Creek-facing room for mesmerizing views of traditional dhows sailing by.
Visit the Textile Souk (10 mins away) for affordable scarves and spices—great for souvenirs!
