Review: I recently dined at Hashtag Restaurant and Cafe and felt compelled to share my disappointing encounter with the restaurant Order Captain. During our meal, he approached our table and abruptly asked us to transfer seats, citing the comfort of VIP customers. However, no proper explanation was provided, leaving us feeling frustrated and undervalued as paying customers.

His request lacked transparency and failed to consider our comfort and dining experience. As customers, we expected to be treated with respect and receive a satisfactory explanation for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, this interaction left us feeling unwelcome and disregarded.
