Dear La Suite Hotel and Apartments Team, We stayed at your hotel on September 20, and from the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The reception staff were very friendly, and every team member we met was approachable and helpful. The 2BHK room we booked was exquisite—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The pool was also impressive in size, and we especially appreciated that there was a dedicated kids’ pool. The food was excellent. We tried ordering in and also had breakfast; while the breakfast spread wasn’t very large, it was still satisfying and well-prepared. During our event, all of our guests told us how delicious the food was, and we noticed the chafing dishes were always full. A big thanks to Chef Mohamad for ensuring an overflowing spread that left everyone so satisfied. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Because we had an event on September 21, we decided to book a total of 10 rooms for our family and friends. From the very beginning, Christine from the Sales team was incredibly approachable and accommodating. Every request we had regarding the rooms and the venue, she worked hard to manage. A special thanks also goes to Mr. Amrit, the F&B Manager, who met with us on September 18 before the event. He listened carefully to our requests and made sure everything was handled perfectly. The night before the birthday celebration, Ms. Sherlyn and Janie went above and beyond to assist us with the decorations. Their support was truly fantastic—I couldn’t imagine the day going as smoothly without them. I also want to sincerely thank the IT team in the back office, who kindly lent me their laptop so we could play music during our program. What stood out most was how every staff member we interacted with maintained such a positive and supportive attitude. Even if a request seemed difficult at first, your team worked hard to find a way to make it happen. From check-in to the birthday party to check-out, everything was managed with care and professionalism. We are truly grateful to the entire team for making our celebration so memorable. Stayed here for almost a year. Great location due to unique view one of the best we stayed in. Food is great in room dining never seen reduction in quality. Personnel at reception and Concierge service are very friendly and helping as much as they could.

Thats only good things about the stay in here.

Room quality is very poor and outdated. Rooms cleanness has always been a struggle .

Housekeeping never been at good level had to literally clean the room every time after housekeeping. No matter how many times complained no matter how much tips you leave for housekeeping its always been at its worst and never improved, you would expect better service for the premium price you charge, need good training for personnel.

Room furniture quality is poor and outdated wardrobes door never got fixed, room entrance ceiling always had issue with leaking water lines.

Price vs quality is not even close match! For period of stay in summer when the prices are generally low paid 30% more than the last year. 30% increase in price but not even 10% increase in quality. Checked put before the end of month with still 7 days balance and got response that remaining days will not be refunded. As the rate was special rate! I wonder how the special rate has 30% increase in price?

Still did not receive my refund back and hotel management have not been helpful and still remaining balance not been refunded. Phone call received from Hotel asking to remove review! I wont remove it need all know how they treat long term clients!

Their reliability makes our stay very comfortable.

Housekeeping Team A very special mention goes to Padam, whose dedication and commitment truly stand out. He consistently goes above and beyond in his work, ensuring that our home is kept in perfect condition. His eye for detail, polite nature, and proactive approach make a real difference to our daily comfort. Alongside him, Mahabub, Yoga, Sushma, Naresh, and Riyad, under the guidance of Manager Srikala, also deliver excellent service with warmth and consistency. Together, the housekeeping team creates a welcoming and spotless environment that we truly appreciate.

Front Office & Concierge The reception team, especially Sunanda and Tharuka, are always approachable and professional, making day-to-day interactions smooth and pleasant. The concierge team — Sagar, Susil, Munir, Dawn, and Shabir — are equally supportive, assisting us with efficiency and care whenever needed.
