I must say, Absolute BBQ is an outstanding Indian buffet restaurant, offering top-notch service that goes above and beyond. My family and I decided to surprise our brother with a birthday celebration, and the restaurant played an integral part in making it truly special. They managed everything flawlessly, taking care of the cake, and even offered the birthday boy a complimentary buffet.

The food at Absolute BBQ is simply delightful; their fried corns are truly a treat, and the live grills on the table add a unique and delicious touch. The extensive array of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes is nothing short of epic, catering to all taste preferences.

I can't stress enough how highly I recommend this place. It was my fifth visit, and each time I am blown away by their offerings and hospitality. The personalized touch of taking our picture and framing it as a souvenir for the birthday boy showcases their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Ambience was great.....reached sharp at 6.30......welcomed by staff.....pleasant environment......being vegetarian....was served with green plate(good for identification)...started with starters.....bit not happy as paneer the main ingredients of barbecue was not given as option as grill on table.....excuse was given that paneer cube will break.....marinating gravy was not up to the mark.......after asking ....bell pepper was offered....which is again base item in veg option........had tried Mirchi ka salan,,,,paneer pasanda but gravy supposed to be creamy and nice sauted.....which was missing......lastly food was very cold condition which was negative impact in overall.......thought that we started by 6.30.......might be the reason......not warmed up enough.

On positive note staff members are very caring.......they don't leave you alone..... Loved my experience at Absolute Barbeques. So much food. No-one leaves this restaurant hungry! We were given a warm welcome and shown to our table. We went to the live Chaat station whilst the guys set up a barbeque charcoal grill on our table. The waiter asked what meat and vegetable skewers we wanted and what our spice preference was. (Mild medium and spicy) we chose to have a chicken, fish, Shrimps and vegetables. It was fun cooking it all at our table. We then hit the buffet section. Lots of salads, curries, soups, Biryani, breads and a great vegetarian section. We tried out more of the live stations and had some pasta and stir fry, customised to add the ingredients we asked for. It was then time for dessert. Indian sweet treats, cakes, chocolate fountain and a live icecream making station. Everything we tried tasted so good.
