Delicious Food & Outstanding Service Thank You, Mohammad!

Visited Krush Burgers Downtown recently, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!

The burgers were incredibly tasty, and the quality of the food was top notch. The flavors were spot-on, and the portion sizes were just right. On top of that, the seating area was very comfortable and well designed, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

What made the visit even better was the exceptional service from Mohammad. He was incredibly kind and took nearly 10 minutes just to walk us through the menu, ensuring we understood all the options and helping us pick the best combo for our preferences. His patience, knowledge, and attention to detail truly stood out.

Thank you, Mohammad, for your warm hospitality and excellent service. You made our visit feel special, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

"Went here with a buddy and tried the Philly and the Buffalo Chicken sliders with a side of fries - To be honest, they tasted good but I see a lot of room for improvement. The sauces need a little more flavour and the patties need a little more juice. The construction is good, the meat is fresh, the buns are great and the fries were fries.

Ambience: This place has a great ambience, amazing interior, goods vibes all around.

Service: The service was quick - the staff is friendly as well.

Food: The food here is more or less average. It is tasty but does not really stand out. Still a good eat out spot.

Location: The location was easy to find. Parking is plentiful in this area as well.

Recommendations: It is a nice place to go to once in a while. I have visited a few times and don’t see a reason to...

I placed an order for a cheeseburger on 05.03.25, the estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. However, the food arrived 1 hour later than promised, and I was not informed of the delay until I followed up with the delivery service. I understand that the restaurant can be busy, but my concern is that Real-time updates and improved communication about delays could make a big difference in the customer experience.

Overall burger 🍔 size was too small and not worth for price and it called cheese burger but only 2slices of cheese inside and bacon was overcooked. Somehow burger was delicious (7/10) and fresh only the potion size made me disappointed. I hope this feedback will help you to further improvements and I hope next time my experience will be better...
