Little China Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

Hello, staffs of little china sharjah branch jamal abdul nasser. Please take time to read this complain it's important....I appreciated the dishes are good but not as the same way back 2008 to 2015 was so delicious and the staffs are good too. But since they change the owner and staffs everything are bad except the food it's ok but one time he deliver not sealed properly the food the lid is broken, everytime the delivery guy no change even i told the staff who's answered in Whtsapp msge the amount of my cash I haved still he don't brought the change and take noted everytime he delivered my orders in my house his face always looks angry and mad even my son ask me why this guys always angry I'm shocked! because his just a kid and he notice like that to him ( delivery guy his tall and thin, curly hair i think dark complexion ). But even if his like that we're still making order because my husband and my kids they liked the foods, we ordered like every once or twice a week. But 1 day it's really most worst he came to deliver the ordered, the person on WhatsApp said his outside in the door so I went outside but no one is there so I went inside in my room then he call me he said his in my door, again i went out when I opened the door he shout so loud he said you don't see me I'm here sitting in the stairs, I'm waiting you came out why you don't came!so I'm so shocked why he react like that so much anger I'm not ready of that and his arguing and fighting with me of course as my side i argued with him too i explained my side he keep shouting too much even my roommates came out from there rooms and the person who fix our kitchen his the witness of what happened and as usual he deliver the food no change again as always. I stop making order anymore enough of these most worst experiences of this guy I'm not happy anymore from this branch and the staffs very rude I think the manager don't take actions of this, because why the staffs are behaving like that??? I'm sad because we're regular clients since 2008 and recent we dined, taked out and delivered. I hope you will do actions of this comment and trained the staffs very well of sharjah branch what is the good customer service and ploiteness in hospitality and food industry. Little China is big surprise for Indian Chinese food. Been there for dine-in for the first time. Looks tiny from outside but has nice clean ambience on first floor. The taste of their food is really mouth watering. The waiters know their menu very well, our server Sagar was nice and served us some food items which were not mentioned in their menu.
