They are extremely slow.. had to wait 20 min to get shawarma and at at the end ! It's not even shawarma but looks like prepared in a pan (chicken cubes) Regardless of that, 4 staff were busy to prepare my order which was 2 sandwiches and a meal and they didn't initially do it the way I requested and there were some rudeness between the staff. On top of that, the chicken meal I have order had a hair in it and it was not well cooked... Very bad first experience and I would never recommend it to anyone. First night in Dubai, we were very happy to find this restaurant after a long journey. The service was very good and friendly. We were offered a free desert, too. The food was delicious and was quickly done. The restaurant has a nice interior - would have been nice to have some subtle background music....
