Farm City Dubai — Restaurant in Dubai

Blown away by the lack of professionalism and poor customer service at this restaurant. We ordered chicken fried rice which came fast and tasted good, and ordered oha with goat meat. Unfortunately the oha smelt funny so my partner took a bite of the fish and had to spit it back out. We asked the kind waitress to replace it without the stockfish and she said they all have stockfish so we ordered ogbono instead. When the ogbono arrived we just got it as a take away because we’ve had the fried rice already and no longer hungry. When the bill came they charged for everything including the oha that we complained about. After several conversation with the waitress she removed it. On our way out 3 of the staffs stopped us at the door and said how can we not pay for our bill. I explained that we paid the bill without the oha. One of the staffs insisted there’s nothing wrong with their food and so I replied my partner felt the oha tasted funny. She insisted very hard that we need to pay for the food. We will never return to this restaurant again, I review food from fast food to fine dining for over 10 years and I’ve never seen such poor customer handling in years. I recently visited this restaurant and had an awful experience from start to finish. First, the service was incredibly slow — we waited for over 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, making no effort to make us feel welcome.

The food was even worse. My dish was cold and bland, with no flavor whatsoever. The presentation was terrible, and I honestly couldn't even finish it. My friend's meal was also poorly prepared, and we both felt sick afterward. The portions were tiny, especially for the price we paid.

The atmosphere was uncomfortable, with an unclean and outdated interior. The noise level was unbearable, and the lighting made the whole experience even worse. To top it all off, the bathrooms were disgusting, and the staff seemed uninterested in cleaning them.

Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money, there are plenty of better...

I visited today and it took me up to 2hrs before food was served,meanwhile it was only two tables that was occupied. I was so hungry before I got there and by the time the food was ready I was not hungry anymore because I was so angry. I have visited many restaurants but this is the worst ever experienced.

Even the other people we met on the table were also upset and complaining. I came all the way from business bay. Imagine if the restaurant was full. And the food is over priced🚩⚠️‼️

Too much packaging for slow service, It’s a no no for me! If all restaurants services are this slow, everyone will rather cook and eat in their home. I don’t know how they got 4stars.
