Their attentiveness and helpful nature were evident from the moment we were seated. They went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything and promptly addressing any requests.

One aspect that stood out was Mr. Bharat's and team impeccable timing when it came to refills. We never had to wait or ask for more, as he anticipated our needs and ensured our glasses and plates were always replenished. His service was seamless, professional, and delivered with a genuine smile.

This is the first time I’ve ever given a one-star review to a restaurant, but the experience was truly unacceptable. I came for lunch and was shocked by the poor quality of the food, especially given the high prices. • The burger was burned, and the bun was so dry it couldn’t even be cut properly. • The burrata was extremely dry, to the point where the stracciatella had completely separated from the mozzarella—something I’ve never seen before. • The tomatoes were green and clearly not ripe. • The fries were bland and not enjoyable at all.

I’m not a professional chef, but I genuinely believe I could have prepared a better meal myself. I have extensive experience in the F&B industry, and I would never allow food of this quality to be served to a guest.

I sincerely hope this review prompts the General Manager to take immediate action. There is no excuse for food like this leaving...
