Worst Mcdonalds experience... Rude staff, arrogant and not customer focus. treatment to people with other ethnic background is different..... I order at the order terminal and paid.. order number 3101.... stayed on screen for 30 minutes or more.. when I walked to lady who was calling the numbers with pink shiny shirt, she rudely said “sir please wait for your number”.... and pointed me to walk back...
I said I have been waiting for half an hour and now someone pressed and cleared my number.. I don’t see it any more... She didn’t say anything takes my receipt out of my hand and gives it to a girl...
I said what are you doing? She said: Wait sir it’s coming.... I was shocked, never happed at a McDonald’s with me..
Then I said you know what give me my money back I am not going to pay you and be treated like this.
She said ok. Calls a guy with gray shirt for my money back..
That guy was somewhat nicer...and friendly. He said no sir give me 1 minute and got me my order.. the lady with pink shirt did not even apologies or say thank you for your patience and sorry....
The man brought me my order and said enjoy and have a nice flight...
There is not one keeping an eye on these rude staff. It’s a play ground...
This is not how Mcdonalds normally does customer complaint handling....

Read moreI am not rating them on the food but my rating is on the service they provide , especially when its busy time .. I believe they have 5 or 6 counters but when its busy only 3 or 2 counters are open . There is a big que waiting to order and vice versa waiting to collect as well..... There management falls in pressure when they see the crowd infornt waiting for there meals... the staff panic and sometimes display a very unplesant behaviour which not only sounds but even looks bad... Please i am not complaining the staff is not good but what i am saying is that give them some training to have Patience and not panic especially the ones on the front desk, who are directly infront of the passengers... Alot of passengers will ignore this because there on transit but even though it still gives a negative feedback .... if your staff sees the passenger cannot speak english then why not look for some one who can help him , or if the staff knows how to speak then he should communicate with him in his language .... most of them will not talk because if they do the customer might ask him more questions. You just need to talk to your staff and ask them to work as a team togeather .. surely this thing can change .
I hope my suggestion reaches to the management and they give more training on patiences...
Read moreThe server staff was great and fast. However the cleaning staff attitude was awful. I just sat and open my laptop after i order a fries and coffee, suddenly he came and asked us to not open laptop without telling the reason. He said “no laptop here, there” (which is the other side of sitting area). I asked them why because for me it’s still on same table type, but they dont explain the reason. I saw the other table around 4-5 tables beside me was a man sat with a laptop. Dunno why they asked me to move.
After that i move to the other side, while im still eating my fries on the tray, they pick the tray while asking “finish?”. At least ask first then you can pick it up. For me its a bit rude. Please this is an airport, while waiting for the flight, people try to rest and sit for a while. Be patient and at least show...
