Right then, my culinary comrades, listen up! Rosa's Thai, a name not entirely new to the Dubai scene but certainly making a fresh and vibrant splash, has just opened a rather fabulous new outpost in Dubai Hills Mall!

You might recall them from their previous spot, but this time they've landed with a burst of colour and that same unfussy, genuinely delicious Thai charm that's earned them legions of dedicated fans back in the UK. Stepping into this new Dubai Hills branch felt less like entering a standard mall eatery and more like discovering a little pocket of Bangkok cheer – a welcome escape from the usual hustle. The interiors are pure joy; bright, funky, and utterly vibrant, creating a wonderfully upbeat atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at ease. The team here are utterly superb! My sincere gratitude goes out to Rudy, Aira, and Kareem who handled our visit with such genuine smiles, attentiveness, and admirable patience, navigating our orders and questions effortlessly. It's the kind of warm, accommodating service that truly enhances the dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the main event: the food! We kicked off our culinary exploration with the Fresh Summer Rolls, which were delightful little parcels, satisfyingly crunchy and bursting with genuinely fresh flavours. The Thai Calamari was well-prepared and tasty, and the Popcorn Shrimp? Oh, they were outstanding – dangerously addictive, crispy, bite-sized delights. A zesty Papaya Salad arrived next, providing a nice counterpoint before our mains. The Pad Thai, while perfectly decent and I'm sure many will find it right up their street, wasn't quite prepared precisely the way I personally prefer it – but that's just a matter of individual taste! The Red Curry Chicken was nice, though perhaps a touch milder than I usually lean towards; easily remedied with a request for extra spice from the kitchen, I imagine. However, the undisputed champion of the evening, the dish that truly stole the show and my culinary heart, was the Chili & Basil Pad Kra Prow. Utterly sublime, bursting with flavour and perfectly seasoned. We bravely (and happily) ventured into dessert territory, trying the unique Som Tum Brownie – a fascinating and delicious Thai-dessert mashup – alongside a classic, perfectly executed Mango Rice.

This new Rosa's Thai in Dubai Hills Mall is a fantastic spot to get your Thai fix. The combination of vibrant ambiance, genuinely friendly and efficient service (hats off again to Rudy, Aira, and Kareem!), and largely delicious food makes it a highly recommendable visit. Get yourself down there and indulge! Your day, and most certainly your stomach, will be significantly...

Dubai Hills has always been one of my favorite places to eat because it usually offers some of the best restaurants. That’s why I was so excited when I saw a Thai spot opening here — but unfortunately, this was my first real disappointment.

From the outside, the restaurant looks beautiful and inviting. It feels spacious and stylish, so my expectations were high. The service was fine — nothing special, but not bad either. The real letdown was the food.

We started with the papaya salad, one of my all-time favorites, but it was completely off. The flavors were flat, and it didn’t taste anything like the fresh, vibrant salad I love. My husband tried to be kind about it, but we were both disappointed. The Pad Thai was just okay — edible, but bland and uninspired. The rice and other dishes were average at best. Honestly, I could have made something better at home, and I’m not even Thai.

What made it worse was the price. The food wasn’t cheap, and for what we got, it felt overpriced. Normally, I don’t complain about cost — when food is truly good, it’s worth it. But here, it simply didn’t deliver on quality or flavor.

Overall, this was a big letdown. I wouldn’t go back, and I can’t recommend it. If you value good Thai food, save your money and...

I recently dined at Rosa’s Thai, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between modern and cozy, with warm lighting, tasteful decor, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to linger.

The food was exceptional — bold, authentic Thai flavors with just the right amount of spice. Every dish was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The Pad Thai was rich and flavorful, the green curry had a wonderfully creamy texture with just the right kick, and the spring rolls were crisp and satisfying.

A special mention goes to our waiter, James, who truly elevated our dining experience. He was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. James took the time to offer recommendations based on our preferences and checked in on us just enough without being intrusive. His friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for the food made us feel right at home.

Overall, Rosa’s Thai is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Thai cuisine in a comfortable and friendly setting. With top-notch service and unforgettable flavors, it’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to — and hopefully be lucky enough to be served by...

Absolutely the worst dining experience we’ve had at Dubai Hills Mall.Do not believe in paid reviews with 5 stars…. What a lie… I don’t normally review reviews.. This restaurant deserve it… to save the public… I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone—don’t waste your time or money here. The service was shockingly poor, and the food was a complete letdown. The soup we ordered smelled like it had just come out of the fridge—cold and stale—and the portion was tiny. It genuinely looked like it had been served to someone else before it reached our table. The main dishes were no better. The prawn dish came with just three tiny prawns and a few dry vegetables, and tasted like a frozen ready-meal. My partner’s potato curry was watery, bland, and barely had any actual potato in it—just one small piece. To make matters worse, the satay chicken smelled off and was served in terrible condition. Overall, a thoroughly disappointing experience. We left feeling frustrated, still hungry, and completely dissatisfied. This is photo of soup I ordered for take away because they got wrong order.. Seriously.. this is not left over, it is full dish I ordered and it is half full in take away container.. SHOCKING!!!!😳
