We went here with a colleague and his family ( their only daughter was going to a boarding school soon) and we were here to give her a warm send off. Ciel was the one attending on us and she went to great lengths to make us feel comfortable and also asking us if any of us had any food allergies too. I thought that was a good prompt by her as we often forget about things such as these. We were 5 of us and so opted for a dish for each of us. We had the Salmon Koyo bowl, Chicken chilli Ramen, Yaki Soba Yasai, Veg Yasai Pad Thai, Veg Kare Burosu Ramen. All of us enjoyed our respective dishes thoroughly. Dishes were awesome and Portion size was also quite decent. Ciel was very sweet and on hearing that our friend's daughter is soon going to a boarding school, she gave her a complimentary dessert and that was a very sweet gesture indeed. The food was good, at least my choice, i like it. My wife ordered yakisoba, and she was not happy, googled how the dish should look, preparing to complain... but the dish on the plate was exactly as Wikipedia and top images represent it. Exsctly like that! It looked like some one just took the picture of the plate before sending to our table and posted on Wikipedia. Amazing, so if we don't like that we who should order something different. The staff is really trying their best, you can feel it. But in the same time there is something "in the atmospher", some tension.. hard to explain, but maybe salaries to be increased, maybe the boss could give a hug or just cheer the team.. not sure .
