True embarrassment to Russian Cuisine! Guys whoever your chefs are, CHANGE THEM 911! 1.Marinated cucumbers -Disaster! If you've been to Russia and tried the cucumbers you know for a fact that they don't taste as sweet and not dry without flavor this was TERRIBLE, just tried a few pieces and threw the rest! 2. Meat Dumplings - too soft as Overboiled! 3. Vinegret Salad? Really? It's nowhere close to ingredients required or the flavor - Bad! 3. Mimoza salad, get шпроты from carefour atleast theyl taste like real smoked shproti! 4. Salmon steak - lawd have mercy, that over fried dry piece of salmon steak was tasteless. 5.Oliv'ye wasn't the best but edible. If your chefs are not from Russia or Russian speaking countries, hire some real ones. This was really bad cooking and we say so because we KNOW how these dishes are meant to be prepared and how they taste and this is NOT to proper Russian standards. VERY DISSAPOINTED. Ordered my regular order (8.45pm) and it arrived completely different to usual, in terms of the content, taste and how it was cooked. ..... Called to ask for a replacement, and an hour had passed and still nothing arrived (I am 5 mins on foot away). This was 1.5 hours after I ordered my dinner the first time. Just short of the 1.5 hours I called to ask if I could have my money back instead as I was tired of waiting.... I was told to 'wait.' The food then arrived exactly as it was the first time. Called again to explain that I really did want my money back as I wasn't even hungry after such a long wait, to be told 'who will pay' - flatly refused to give my money back. ..... After a phone debate a delivery boy arrived with part of my money... they'd charged me for the sour cream that accompanied the food I returned. Shocking. Unbelievably bad service. I will never order from there...

First of all I decided to write this review only after giving the restaurant many chances. I ate at the restaurant and ordered delivery several times, they always manage to found a way to disappoint me. The chicken BBQ is never well cooked even when I mentioned clearly to them to cook it well still it wasn't. Pelmeny (Dumplings) mainly water dish without any flavor or taste, the stuffing is so less that you can't feel it. Vareneke, the cottage cheese was totally out of the dough and it was tasteless. Syrneka, too much sugar added making it un eatable. Chicken cheburek, it was mainly garlic stuffing with a tiny piece of chicken. It basically destroyed my stomach. When we complained they promised us replacement food with the next order, but when we ordered again we had to pay full price without any complementary food...
