Indian food Company is a newly opened restaurant in the JLT food district which serves some great tasting Indian dishes. Overlooking the lake with both indoor and outdoor seating this place boasts itself with simplistic yet decent decor and the whole place exudes warmth and comfort. The menu choices are quiet varied to make everyone happy and the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity.
For starters we had sev poori, tandoori brocolli and paneer quessedillas. Sev poori was a perfect binge and was great to tantalize your tastebuds. Tandoori brocolli with strong mustard flavour tasted superb too. If you are a fan of brocolli it's worth a try. Brocolli was not under or over done, retaining a mild crunch coated with distinct achari marination giving it a very unique after taste. Paneer quessedillas with French fries was simple but tasted pretty decent.
Onto the mains I tasted Dal Makhani and soya chaap masala along with naans n stuffed naans. Soya chaap masala was AWESOME and one of the best I have tasted in Dubai. I am salivating just thinking about it. Yummy soya chaap chunks wrapped under a blanket of rich and mildly spiced flavourful gravy. A MUST TRY for sure. Dal Makhani too was good, rich, thick and creamy in texture. Both the gravies went perfectly with hot and fresh breads alongside.
For desserts, we had, gulab Jamun carpaccio and carrot halwa. I always have an inclination towards Gulab Jamun and I loved this one too. Served beautifully as Gulab Jamun roundels placed in a floral way onto the plate and topped with rabdi and nuts. Nice presentation and tasted good too. Carrot halwa had a decent taste with a balanced sweetness.
Overall a new place but for sure this place promises to have a bright future. It certainly possesses great potential to win its patrons through its immaculate quality and good food. Good Luck to the Team. Most definitely...

What could be more amazing than enjoying a delicious food with a lovely company. Few days back, I went to try a place called “Indian Food Company which serves Asian fusion food. They serve delicious Indian flavours and twist them in a modern way. What a smart way, I must say that it was an amazing experience.
The sitting area was neat and the food was served fresh and hot. Every table had separate sanitizers which shows they are following all the SOPS.
This is what we were served:
Sev Puri : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crispy, crunchy puri with chutney drizzled on it
Chicken Malai Boti: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soft and succulent melt in mouth chicken pieces.
Butter Chicken Pizza:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Its a unique treat for foodies who love pizza and their asian flavours.
Broccoli tikka: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Broccoli never tasted as delicious as this one.
Bhuna Gosht ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Meat fully cooked to perfection with perfect blend of spices with no smell at all.
Soya Chanp⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was yum and the curry was very flavourful.
Butter Chicken ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This made a perfect combo with hot garlic naans. The taste was very good.
Gajar Halwa ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Their halwa is the best in town I guess. The sweetness was very much balanced and not too sweet.
Garlic naan⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This garlic with butter chicken made the best combination.
Stuffed Naan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Naan was very different than any regular naan and tasted amazing.
Gulab Jamun Carpicio⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is definitely a good twist and I love the slices of gulaab jamun dipped in rabri.

Read moreLocated in JLT, the Indian Food Company is a desi at heart restaurant serving Indian food with a contemporary twist. The restaurant with its subtle ambience & minimal interiors prioritizes serving good food. It has a decent mix of both, meat based dishes as well as vegetarian options.
On my visit, I tasted: Starters: Paneer Tikka Ajwani, Ghar Ka Samosa, Tandoori Soya Chaap, Achari Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka Quesadilla, Samosa Chaat Pizza, Main course: Butter chicken, Paneer Butter Masala Desserts: Gulaab Jamun Carpaccio While everything I tried was quite decadent, a few dishes stand out and deserve a special recommendation.
Ghar ka samosa: A perfectly fried crust with a stuffing of flavorful masala aloo, its definitely one of the better Samosas I've had.
Butter Chicken: A smooth gravy (cooked for over 6 hours), smoke infused chicken pieces, and the buttery goodness makes it as authentic a Punjabi Dhaba feels as one can have in Dubai.
Gulab Jamun Carpaccio: This is a must try. Essentially thinly sliced soft gulab jamuns topped with a delectable rabri, this deserves all your attention when on your table.
The restaurant also has combo options for takeaway lunches at fairly reasonable prices. They also plan to introduce a breakfast menu somewhere down the line. Definitely looking...
