Visited several times the place and from time to time we god disappointed.

They have a lot of promotions online, but when we were there every time we found something which make us disappointed. The ONLY reason was we went back because the shisha was nice however they always want to cheat on the people. Every lady's night when the shisha was free for girls they bring for us the bill with the charges for the girls' shisha as well.

Last time the promotion for ladies' night was mentioned as spend 50AED and shisha free for the ladies. Our bill was more than 50AED what we spend and when they make for us the bill they were charging us for all items full price. When we asked them they said promotion only if you spend 50AED ONLY for Food or beverages. We asked them where is mentioned they just become speechless and tried to ignore the situation. The waitress went to a supervisor who couldn't solve our issue only they keep repeating we need to spend on food and beverage only shisha, not including. After a couple of minutes, nobody try to solve the issue we asked the manager, who also was just hiding behind the counter and couldn`t answer anything. Finally, he said he is the one who makes the promotions and he means like that only for Food and beverage items you have to spend 50AED that is the only option you got free shisha. He also acknowledged he had not mentioned this information anywhere.

Also, they charge more amount on my card, because they are not checking properly the bill. When we informed them also become speechless. We go back some amount by cash for the overcharge, however, that was our last visit the place we will not go there anymore and we not recommend as well. They always trying to cheat on us very disappointing places.

Malang Lounge has changed a lot over the last two years — and unfortunately, today was by far the worst experience.

We ordered Chicken Handi and Achari Boti. The chicken in the Handi was completely inedible — undercooked and tough. The gravy was nothing like it used to be: flat, dull, and lacking flavor.

The Achari Boti was equally disappointing — bland and barely edible. When we raised the issue, they simply took the same dish back, reheated it, added some spice, and returned it. It came back slightly burnt with an odd aftertaste. The extra spices didn’t help much — the dish still lacked proper flavor.

As for the Chicken Handi, they just recooked the same undercooked chicken and threw in a few green chilies. The gravy improved slightly after reheating, but still wasn’t up to standard.

To make matters worse, we had a shisha as part of our order. Since it was ladies’ night, the shisha was supposed to be complimentary if the bill met the required amount and there were ladies in the group. However, at the time of billing, they told us: "Don’t share the shisha, it’s for ladies only and the management has issues with it." This was unprofessional and disappointing, especially after serving such poor food.

As regular customers for over three years, we've never been told before that shisha sharing wasn’t allowed on ladies’ night. it should’ve been communicated earlier.

I don’t normally write reviews but it is good for people to know what places are good and what places they shouldn’t waste their time and money with. This place deserves no stars whatsoever. I ordered delivery a couple of times. Each time tried different dishes to see of food would be better. But nothing really great. The last time, I ordered from there, I ordered 4 entrees and two appetizers. Each dish comes with two sides. On one of the entrees, I got the two sides but didn’t get the beef and when I called them. They basically said that I would have to go pick it up. When I explained that I couldn’t that’s why I had ordered delivery. They said they couldn’t deliver it because it was impossible they would have forgotten the beef. Most restaurants would immediately fix their mistake but this one refused which is very telling of the kind of business they run. They basically told me and my husband we were lying about the food. Why would I lie about receiving one piece of beef. I had even told them from the beginning that we had gotten the sides that go with it. Worst customer service and the food is not even that great.
