Desert Rose Travel & Tourism — Local services in Dubai

I traveled with this agency to Georgia Tbilisi and here is the whole story of my awful experience:

It was one the worst experience i would ever try in my entire life, i travelled a lot and i used many travel agencies but Desert Rose travel was the worst,

I will not talk about lot but :

1. Hotel was not good at all
2. Staff never replies or reply when its too late
3. They cancelled our ticket from Air Arabia for Dubai weather conditions we tried to contact them they provided nothing but make everything worse, all they said go to counter of air arabia and they will provide the hotel for you we went there they don’t even speak english, we had to rebook our flight again and we paid again and they postponed us for 2 extra days and we were not ready to postpone,

It is an awful experience and i will not recommend this agency for no one!!!

I am so disappointed for the price i paid for this stupid tours that they promised and you can do everything all alone, the taxi driver did not even take us back from airport to hotel to try to book 2 extra nights!

One guy called Eslam he was trying or pretending to try to help us but he did not do anything

Fortunately we met a guy in the airport that should travel on the same trip to Sharjah and he helped us but we did not even get any support from this agency and all the people working there !

Please be careful of these agencies they will never say the truth for anything they just want to make money and once you are there they will not answer you or will answer too late where there is no more need for their help!!

To be fair enough, I have to mention that the best things in the Trip to Georgia are the great support and help from the office representative Donia, she was really so helpful and very professional in solving all the problems we faced and the driver in Georgia who was so kind and so helpful as well. The things that I did not like at all which had been effectively managed and rectified later by Donia, the way of some other office representatives in dealing with customers and Also the program of the trip which needs to be enhanced and more focused on the beautiful places and nature of Georgia rather than malls and parks especially for the people who live in UAE as nothing can be compared to UAE parks and malls so there is nothing special in visiting these places in Georgia. Really, I would like to give 5 stars overall for the massive help done by Donia but unfortunately for what I have mentioned I will put only 3 stars to the office. Overall, we spent a lovely time there in Georgia especially when we changed a part of the program and went to Bakuriani, In addition to the original program by the office to have a wonderful stay in Lopota...

The travel package provided by the agent had its good aspects, but there were significant issues that need to be addressed.

At the first hotel, the room was not up to our requirements and was completely different from what we had requested. It was disappointing to arrive and find accommodations that did not meet our expectations.

The situation at the second hotel was even worse. When we arrived, we were informed that the reservation had been cancelled. This left us stranded outside in bad weather, waiting for the agent to make a new reservation. It took an unreasonably long time and caused a great deal of inconvenience.

Additionally, the transportation arrangements were problematic. The issue wasn’t about moving between hotels, but the transfer from the hotel to the airport. The service was poorly organized, leading to unnecessary stress and delays.

Overall, while the package itself had potential, these logistical problems and poor coordination seriously impacted our experience. I hope the agent works on improving their processes to avoid such issues for...
