My recent experience at Starbucks in Umm Suqeim, Dubai, left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I ordered the Berry Hibiscus Refresha, hoping for a refreshing beverage. However, what I received was a ridiculously small quantity of the drink, with three-fourths of the cup filled with ice.
Upon realizing this, I asked the staff to remove the excessive ice, and only then did I see the true quantity of the drink. It was shockingly minimal, barely filling even half of the cup. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, especially considering the premium prices Starbucks charges.
To make matters worse, this wasn't the first time I encountered issues at this Starbucks location. Half of the time, the drink I wanted was out of stock, which begs the question: why bother putting it on the menu in the first place? It's incredibly frustrating to have limited options when the menu promises a variety of choices.
The lack of consistency and the failure to meet customer expectations have left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Starbucks needs to address these issues and improve its standards if it wants to retain loyal customers. Paying a premium for a subpar experience is simply not justifiable.

Read moreI want to pay a particular compliment to one of your staff members, Miss Esther at the Jumeirah Branch on Al Wasl road (next to Shampooch Pet) who is a real sunshine. Every morning when I drive through to get my coffee, the beautiful and happy voice full of sunshine greets me through the ordering 'box' and she has the most beautiful outlook and behavior towards customers. Just wanted to ensure you knew about ESTHER as she is a Gem and a real keeper.
On a side note, could you do something about the speed bumps you have when we park our car as I drive a sports car and whenever I park in front of your store and I leave with my car, the entire chassis of my car scraps on the speed bump which is super high. thank you ;-) Also your toilets upstairs are not very clean and the lady's seat is smaller than the actual toilet which makes it akward to go to the loo, would be great if you could look into that...
