Be careful!!! THE PLACE IS FULL OF DIRT!

SPA USING EXPIRED PRODUCTS! THEY BURNED MY SKIN!! Be very careful! I had an appointment for Korean face massage and was so excited about the result. I was a bit confused, when they asked me to pay prior to my treatment, but I gave them cash AND EVEN DIDNT GET A RECEIPT! Then in the first 10 min of massage, I started to feel my skin very hot, I thought the reason is increasing of blood circulation in my face during massage. Howewer, after next 5 min I couldn’t tolerate the heat and opened my mobile and saw my skin burning out and completely RED! I started to ask the therapist what she used and MY SHOCK WAS SO HUGE WHEN I SAW EXPIRED PRODUCTS OF MORE THEN ONE YEAR AGO!!! The TUBES WERE CUT IN THE MIDDLE, which is totally unacceptable by UAE law! I will attach all the pictures. The therapist didn’t even help me to wash it away and I was left unattended without ANY HELP! The staff looked at my face and left away, asked me TO WAIT, while my skin was burning!!! Attire: I was surprised that no shorts were offered, considering I arrived in jeans. Providing appropriate attire could enhance comfort during the service. Seating Arrangement: The recliner sofas were comfortable, but their placement in a walkway was disruptive, as it allowed for frequent interruptions from both staff and other customers. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning in the area was inadequate, making the environment less comfortable. It appeared we were placed in a spare area due to high demand. Service Timing: Our session ended between 10:00 and 11:00 PM, and the therapist seemed rushed to complete the treatment, which included foot cleaning. This haste detracted from the overall experience. Foot Cleaning: The water used for cleaning my feet was simply warm, and I believe using enhanced options could have added to the experience. Neck and Shoulder Massage: The initial neck and shoulder massage felt cursory and did not significantly contribute to the overall service.
