I’m regular customer at this Tim Hortons and always appreciated the service, especially since I work at Fitnglam Dubai Hills as a trainer and often enjoy my mall staff discount. However, I had an unpleasant experience today with a staff member named Mohammed during the evening shift.

Being 8 months pregnant, I am unable to wear my work uniform due to discomfort, and when Mohammed saw me, he questioned why I wasn’t in uniform and asking for staff discount.. I explained my situation politely, but he responded with rudeness and continued to argue with me even after I raised my concern with the manager. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also made me feel unwelcome as a customer.

On the positive side, I appreciate the manager’s calm and understanding response in handling the situation. However, I believe service staff should always maintain a respectful and courteous attitude, especially in a customer-facing role. As a result of this incident, I will avoid visiting during the evening shift to prevent further unpleasant interactions.

Absolutely love love love this place, the interior, the seating the space the innovation, the menu, the drinks everything. But more than that I absolutely love coming in the evening, for one reason, the evening staff are spectacular and stellar in every way possible. Especially, a lovely young lady, name Huda. She’s the one who’s taking the orders from customers. She’s very professional, very polite, helpful, cheerful and absolutely amazing. She did the most thoughtful thing and it was very very touching. I usually like having cucumbers or some veggies with my sandwich, but this time I forgot, and she remembered 🥺, I was so surprised to see there were cucumbers. This is the sweetest most throughout gesture, such a sweetheart 🤍

I would honestly recommend, to come for work, hangout with friends, read, or do whatever . The aesthetic is spectacular.
