Just encountered a HORRIBLE experience with this restaurant. Ordered through Deliveroo and payment made at 12:17pm. Called restaurant to confirm order received â all good. App showed set to arrive at 1:05pm. At 1:20pm I called the restaurant and they said the driver (their driver, not Deliveroo's) already left. At 1:40pm onwards I called a few more times and no answer so I went on the Deliveroo chat. By 2:27pm still no food now it has been 2 hours and 10 minutes and my lunch break was well over. Deliveroo must have pressured the manager to call me. I tell him the food will be very cold now and unsafe to eat as it is 2 hours and 20 minutes later (also been left out that long is not safe to eat because there is meat). He says, âwell if you donât want it, Iâll call the driver and tell him to come back he says heâs 3 minutes awayâ. I say, âthatâs your definition of customer service, itâs been almost 2 and a half hours?â. I called the restaurant several times before this as well and they ignored my calls. The bag came leaking and damaged finally (see photographs). Deliveroo customer service took over and processed the refund as the manager...

How to find them : google maps will not be accurate! They are just below carrefour hypermarket. Just take the stairs going down - they are the 3rd stall.
Food: Spot on! ai couldnât say that itâs legit/authentic Vietnamese food as Iâve no first hand experience yet but we had tastebud treat with what we order. Goi cuon tom - veggie spring roll with steamed prawns with peanut sauce - is fresh and very good appetizer. Beef bao buns are also a good choice. the buns are soft and the beef melts in your mouth while the veggies make them fresh as well. Pho Bat Da - is their best seller pho! and no wonder why! The broth is soooo good! and since itâs served in hot stone bowl, the soup stayed hot until the end of our meal.
Ambience: there are limited seats inside but quite a lot of outdoor tables. Since we came there lunch time, we had to stay indoors - but I wouldnât recommend specially if youâre going back to work as youâll smell...

The duck and bamboo noodle soup, seafood-mix glass noodles and banh mis are our go-to items. The prices are reasonable for Dubai. If you are craving authentic Vietnamese food or just want to try it for the first time, I highly recommend this restaurant. There are two locations in Dubai. We've had really good...
