We used this company for to rent a boat for an event. It was agreed with the client and the management of the company that the company pays agency commissions, while the client makes a direct payment. The confirmation was received from the Easy Yachts about the same. Inspire of this they have delivered very poor services and never returned the payment that they owe us in spite of the emails and phone calls. Instead of this, all calls have been ignored. Be aware of this company, there are plenty of other very trustful yacht charters in Dubai, such as Exclusive Yacht Rentals, Xtreme Yacht Rentals and others, who exist for more than a decade in Dubai. They have big fleet of boats, European reliable management and widely present on the market. Easy Yacht or Yacht Cruises & Boat Rental is a scam and provide very poor services and for that you won't be able to address your concerns, as the Indian management will just block your calls.
