DO NOT order home delivery from here. I waited about 1.5hrs for one order before I contacted Talabat App to call the restaurant even though the restaurant’s info says 1hr for delivery. They acted like me being upset was abnormal. They could have initially called once it was past an hour to let me know it will be late, I would have been fine. No one called so I contacted Talabat. Talabat contacted the restaurant, then someone from restaurant called me and asked me for location map. I am willing to send and I agree to it but then the phone hangs up on my face when I ask them why it has taken so long and start complaining. Then I write back to Talabat and get another call from restaurant saying it will be delivered. By this time it’s been 2 hours already and 10pm and I don’t want food any longer, I just want to go to bed and stop waiting. I get a call by 11PM, 3 hours after my order telling me to come down to the lobby of my apartment complex. I am not aware which security they asked but I have made many online orders before and everyone has been able to find it. Even on Google Maps you write my building complex name and it comes up. Then I asked for it to be put by my door because I am mad, in my PJs I would not like to see anyone. Supposedly the owner who’s dropping the order off to me tells me it’s by my door. I open my door and there is nothing?! I may have been still fine with the restaurant taking my money had I gotten the food. I am not even sure where the food is right now and I am hungry. How exactly did they expect me to be satisfied? By saying sorry we will refund? Because that’s the least anyone can do. I have restaurant experience myself and we sometimes would deliver late too as I understand kitchen gets busy, place is understaffed etc. it never took 3 HOURS. Turkish cuisine is a favorite for Dubai folks without doubt and I found this gem in JVC serving delicious and fresh Turkish food. Pide keyfi is a restaurant with simple decor , open kitchen and some indoor-outdoor seating too.

We started with a Turkish coffee and tea ☕️ to start with. It’s a good one to heat up during winter.

From starters we had Tabbouleh, Fried kibbeh and Hummus. I really loved the thick and creamy hummus. The kibbeh was good too but it was little oily.

Never miss the Pide when you come here as they have a great variety of it. We had Hotdog pide for the little one and Pide mix with chopped beef, pepperoni, minced beef and kashkaval cheese for us. Both were good and freshly made.

The menu offers kebabs and koftas too.

We tried Adana kebab made with spicy beef and lamb served alongside burghul and salad. It had the spicy 🌶 flavors of chili which I enjoyed.

Cheese kofta made of lamb and beef patties stuffed with cheese was another yummy dish that we got to have. OMG it was really a dish with all surprise elements.

We were curious to try Eggplant chicken and it was a great combination too.

Finally tried Fresh and hot Soufflé !!!
