I had a very frustrating experience while trying to place an order. The person who answered the call was completely unprofessional and unclear. First, I was told the combo was not available, then suddenly it was. I asked for chapati with it, and was told only parotta was available. I agreed to have it with kadak parotta, and then he said that wasn’t available either. Finally, he said there were no combo options at all and abruptly disconnected the call without any proper explanation.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. You cannot hang up on a customer without resolving their query. What's even more disappointing is that your restaurant menu has been placed at our building reception, encouraging people to order — but the service doesn’t live up to the promise.

If you're not ready to take orders professionally, then please don’t distribute menus. With such poor attitude and inconsistency, no one will want to order again. The owner seriously needs to investigate this issue and ensure better training and accountability. Very...

Rude and Disrespectful Service I visited Ikkayees Sharjah with my friend, who ordered Nasrani Sadya while I only wanted a light meal and ordered two chapatis. Before the food was even served, the staff rudely told us that my friend couldn’t share any curry with me, even though it was his food and his choice. Their attitude was unprofessional and insulting. If they were concerned about portions, they could’ve simply charged extra instead of enforcing such an unnecessary rule before serving.
