Upon arrival at the outlet, I joined the queue to place my order. However, I observed an incident where a customer, a Filipino girl, cut in line ahead of several other customers, including myself. To my disappointment, it appeared that the cashier noticed this behavior but chose to ignore it, potentially due to their shared nationality.
I would like to emphasize that this review is not intended to single out the nationality of the individuals involved, but rather to address the importance of maintaining a fair and organized queue system for all customers, regardless of their background.
As a suggestion, I kindly request that you provide comprehensive training to your employees, specifically regarding customer service etiquette and the proper handling of queue-related situations. Encouraging employees to prioritize individuals who follow the established rules and wait in line will contribute to a more orderly and efficient experience for all customers.

I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had with your customer service executive, Malsha. While I was standing in the queue for almost 15 minutes, she continuously ignored me and chose to attend to other customers who arrived later.
When I finally tried to place my order, she was extremely rude and dismissive. In fact, she even told me that she did not want to take my order and sarcastically remarked to other customers, saying, “Yeah, yeah, she’s the only one telling me to take her order.”
