Order placed 5.40pm, tracker said delivery 24-30 mins. Tracker said delivered at 6.45pm no delivery received! Rang shop and they said sorry will reorder wait 20 mins. Said children were hungry make it quicker but they wouldnāt. While on phone pizza delivery arrived. Told person on phone and ended call. Started pizza, it was so limp when picked up slice all topping slid off. Chicken bbq barely cooked all food cold. Had to eat it as children hungry. 8.45pm delivery driver rang to say he was at gate with our order! Sent order away! As already eaten the cold limp soggy pizza. This whole experience was horrible. When we eventually feel we can face eating Pizza again it wonāt be Dominos! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND DISGUSTING SERVICE AND FOOD.
Update on complaint⦠they are very sorry they canāt offer a refund but please reorder for a free pizza!within 30 days! It will be a long while if ever before I eat another dominos pizza.

Tried to order a collection online only to have it rejected, walked in and placed an order for one large pizza. After waiting 10-15 minutes it appeared the order was ready only to find out he hadn't started making it so I asked for a refund, it was at this point we went through a rollercoaster of the server arguing, pleading, bargaining and emotional blackmail to keep me from requesting a refund. He took my phone number and email address to process the refund only to use the phone number to call me at 20 past midnight. Went into branch this morning to follow up on my refund to find the same person there and now he claims to be manager which I was gobsmacked by. To top it off the money from the online order is showing as pending on my card so I've got 2...
   Read moreOrdered our regular 2 large with kickers combo at 6.57pm on a Thursday, so not a busy night. Online tracker even said it was out for delivery at 7.30. At 8.36 we're on the phone to the store wondering where our food is, only to be told this is the 2nd order that night our driver had "lost", but not to worry we'll give you a full refund AND send out a remake. 9.15 and we're finally eating luke warm pizza. 2 weeks later and no refund so phone the store again who apologised and blamed other in store staff for not processing it. As compensation we'd have a £30 voucher put in the system and the refund would be put through now.
Well, no refund, no £30 voucher and no contact.
Guess we'll be going next door to Pizza Hut from now on. Hopefully there customer service is better..... Certainly couldn't...
