Thorntree — Restaurant in Amber Valley

I've been here before for a quick drink but on this occasion decided to have food. I got told I have to wait 20 odd minutes because the kitchen was having there lunch at 5pm,for them to sit right in front of us to eat. When I got my food it looked nice but half way through I noticed mould of on my bread! I was told that the bread was only taken out the fridge that morning and shouldn't of been mouldy. Well mould doesn't develop that quick it more than likely was mouldy before you froze it! They didn't really seem to bothered about it just gave us a refund. The landlords need to cheer up especially the bloke looks like he wants to knock everyone out,and every time I come in the chef looks miserable as sin. Really disappointed with the service we received at the Thorntree today. We put extra on our parking just to go and grab some lunch, ordered our drinks and was told at the time that there was a thirty minute wait for food. Nearly an hour later the waitress after bringing out one couples food came to us saying that they'd only just got to our order and was starting it now. Had to wait over an hour for food, and was told by lady with dark hair "it wont be long we are busy". That woukd have been ok if there hadnt only been 4 people in when we ordered. When our meal finally came it was of reasonable quality however 4th member of party still had to wait a further 15 mins for his to arrive.
