Juniper — Restaurant in Arun

Had a lovely prebooked breakfast here as advised by our local hotel.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a large array of drink choices (can highly recommend the Bloody Mary!)

Our service was also impeccable - the only downside is we had to wait for our pre-booked table for some time (having to stand outside of the restaurant as they were so busy!)

I understand this isn't entirely the business' fault as they did have bums on chairs, and ended up having to turn away some walk-ins; as it seemed an extremely busy period!

I've been quite a few times now since the new owners took over and changed it to Juniper - superb deco, stylish and interesting, it's a very cosy and friendly cafe. Me and the kids love going for a treat, a hot chocolate and delicious home made cakes - try the gluten free options even if you are not gluten intolerant, perfectly toasted crumpets with marmite and cheese (love it or hate it!) and tasty toasties. Yum! Smoked trout and eggs on rye toast is perfect, portion is manageable. It's quite pricey but you're getting something made with love and care with the best ingredients. The staff are lovely, the place is very cute. Decent coffee. Tap water offered immediately. I booked, which is a good idea as it's busy, but tables are turned over very quickly.
