The White Hart — Restaurant in Arun

Due to be staying at the hotel this evening and booked a few weeks ago. We got a call this morning advising us that there was a function booked at the hotel with disco until midnight and our room was directly above the function room. Really poor and inconsiderate service not advising us earlier or when we booked what the situation was....

Proper local pub with good ales, a pub dog, the odd bit of banter and plenty of different characters popping in for a quick pint. Fantastic fire in the winter, excellent beer garden in the summer. You may find yourself having conversations with people who have had far too much but I suppose that's a risk...

The pub looks nice but the guy working in there is not nice at all. Felt unwelcome and uncomfortable also the sticky table and the dirty floor didn't help. You could also hear the pipes all the time that someone was going to the toilet:( Arundel is full of beautiful places this isn't one of them......
