McDonald's — Restaurant in Ashford

Not sure what's happening here. Drive through took nearly 20 minutes at 10:45 In the evening. When order was taken the male voice sounded demotivated, when I said I would like a large meal, he didn't offer sauces that are part of the product! And no drink was offered and I had to ask. When I got to the payment window I got a "hi" and a payment machine in my face. Once I paid I got a "thanks" then the window closed and bloke walked out the room and gave no reassurance to the payment going through.. I then sat there for 10 more minutes before I got my meal where there lady confirmed everything was there, but there was no drink. I could see that there was a full team on shift so why drop the ball?! If you want a good service here, go during the day inside the restaurant where there is a customer care assistant as they take your experience personally. Recent visits here have been going down hill consistently on the late shifts as there seems to be less and less manager presence keeping the team motivated and focused. Fingers crossed they...

Appalling!! I've never know such incompetent service!! I live quite close to Eureka park and for a while the delivery apps defaulted to this restaurant. We ordered several times as the kids love macdonald's but they NEVER get the order right. We then changed to Town Centre, who are outstanding by the way, but tonight it was too late and the place was closed. My teenager really wanted MacDonald's and I was hopeful that they had improved. This was far from the case. Once again there were missing items I ordered a wrap and one of the main characteristics of this is that the contents are WRAPPED in a tortilla. We'll, as you can see from the picture, the contents fell out, additionally it was 50% sauce and I couldn't eat it! Times are hard for us all at the moment and I feel I would have got the same satisfaction from just throwing my hard earned money in the bin!! Who is running this place?!! I will be visiting as many platforms as possible to spread the word! How can they keep getting...

Worst experience!! After a shift at work (10:30pm) I thought me and my partner could quickly pop to McDonald’s for some food. Boy was I wrong! The woman who took my order was rude, literally sighed at us for ordering at a drive in. Then when we got to the food window we weren’t given our drinks and was told to park up. Which is fine but after 20 minutes the frustration was enough when 4 cars had been parked up, been given they’re food and left. So when asked the woman who was running was lovely. She said that we were still waiting on some food to cook. So that’s fine we waited. When we finally got our food we hadn’t received are drinks so after going through a drive through, waiting a ridiculous time I still had to go in. The manager didn’t even act suprised and all I got was a meaningless sorry. To then go home (in a heated car not even 10 minutes away) to find the sauces that went with my meal to not be there and my chips so cold and horrid....
