Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ashford

I have been a regular patron of the Pizza Hut restaurant at Eureka Park, Ashford, since 2016. The primary reason for our frequent visits is my son, Abhimanyu, who has special needs and is on the higher end of the autism spectrum.

Abhi is non-verbal, but his ability to communicate his feelings through his smile and behavior is unmistakable. One of the places where he consistently feels welcomed and comfortable is this Pizza Hut. The staff here, without exception, have always gone above and beyond to make Abhi feel at ease, and their genuine warmth and attentiveness are deeply appreciated.

I would particularly like to commend the manager, Ian, who, like myself, is a former member of the British Army. However, it is not just Ian’s leadership but the entire culture of this restaurant that stands out. The team here consistently provides outstanding service, coupled with high-quality food, making every visit a pleasure.

While I have taken Abhi to other Pizza Hut locations—pizza being his favorite food—none compare to the exceptional service we receive at Eureka Park. The care and attention we experience here are unmatched.

Was asked to order on the website from the table…but the site was asking for personal info like email address to order food, presumably marketing ect. After a little back and forth a staff member accepted they’d take my order with pen and paper. They got the wrong order down. I can only assume as it’s not their normal job to do this anymore. My 6 year old wanted the 5.99 help yourself order. She only wanted some pizza. She had 3 small wedges of crusty dry margarita. She wanted some robinsons squash, the water filter was turned off and out of order. Staff advised the water should still work from it, it didn’t. It was switched off, so my daughter had warm tap water from the washing up sink served up instead. She didn’t drink this. I asked if I could just pay and leave, the staff member did not care on the poor experience and charged me £6.49 for the pleasure. The feedback from their site apologised our visit fell short and it’ll be fed back. If I visit again, and notice it’s bad, I need to point this out to staff and management so they can put it right. Not reply on them to do their jobs or the shift manager to manage. I was even asked to make sure I visit again?! I don’t think so. Please avoid here.
