Waited allocated time for our food, didn't arrive so we called you and found out it was going to be another 40 minutes as you were packed apparently. Man on the phone told me you would call as soon as our food was ready to let us know it was on its way. We received no such call. Doesn't really matter but I don't know why he would offer to do that and then just not. We waited another two hours before the food eventually arrived, not only was his not even warm but my partner's pizza was completely smushed into the side in the box not sure if that's the pizza making / delivery skills but still. We only got one of the two dips we paid for and not to mention you got our drinks wrong. Despite the fact that it was my cheat day as a type 1diabetic I'm not gonna be drinking that full fat coke thank you very much. There's a reason I ordered the way I did and frankly I'm disappointed. You could have called to let us know what was happening instead we had to wait an hour, call you and then wait another two. Altogether just under a three hour wait for food that arrived incorrect, cold and with no apology. Used to love you guys idk if this is just a bad night but still. An apology would have been nice, hell if you offered a free desert or something we probably would have forgotten about it. Working in a restaurant myself I know if this is how we treated our repeat customers well . . . we wouldn't have repeat customers. Anyways this is long, hope things get...

There were three of us in attendance and we booked a table based on a friend's take away experience.
We were very confused as pizza menus were everywhere, after questioning front of house, we were presented with a burger menu, themed burgers, no theme to the restaurant.. Can't put my finger on it, but I can say it was very uninspiring due to clashes with those menus and identity.
Atmosphere was non-existent and the place was FREEZING, we all kept our coats on throughout the meal.
Myself and partner had the Old English burger, very dry and dense, they've over mixed the the burger mince, no air thus no juice, the bun was old and not particularly fresh. It looked lovely in terms of presentation.
Our friend had the American burger, once again underwhelming, it looked great though as you can see from pictures, presentation is lovely.
The best part was the halloumi fries, however the sweet potato fries and rosemary fries had no seasoning which were again underwhelming.
If this place worked on pizza OR burgers, I think the quality and personality would be much better and less confusing. People want to be warm when they eat. No milkshakes here which I feel kind of go hand in hand with burgers??
We won't be...
Read moreVery disappointed with the Vegetarian options. I didn't really pay much attention to the menu - I saw Goats Cheese Burger and thought that sounded nice. I was therefore surprised to receive a Moving Mountain Burger with a slab of Goats Cheese on it. In part it’s my fault for not paying attention. However, it would appear every restaurant now serves this burger including Weatherspoon’s and the Weather’s Tap, to name two.
Not sure you can truely describe the Chips as triple cooked - they were soggy and over cooked.
I expected something made on the premises – something different and not something you can buy in Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s. Such a shame as I had high hopes – I won’t be going back…
Update 28/09/2021:
Thank you for your copy and pasted reply. I don’t think you addressed the Elephant in the room.
You state on your website: Discover Extraordinary British Burgers. We use only the best ingredients sourced locally, with real chefs preparing them, grilled to order.
There is nothing extraordinary about a shop bought burger – furthermore the word Amour means secret! There is nothing secret about a Moving Mountain or Beyond Burger.
Finally, the image on your have on your website, which states Vegetarian Burger is defiantly...
