KFC Barnsley - Peel Street — Restaurant in Barnsley

So i went into this kfc saturday the 5th March & never have i been more disgusted by the service, the girl who served me was very genuine & was trying to do her job, on the other hand, the man/boy who was on the front with her was nowt but a clever little bastard with an attitude & kept trying to make her life as difficult as possible by trying to sabatage the girls service, trying to get her to get her to leave her post to get change from the window till from my order amongest the other little things he was doing, his blasie attitude was disgusting, once my order had been processed & was been put together the man/BOY then dropped my order onto the food serving place resulting in half the food id ordered falling onto it, to which he proceeded to scrape back into the carton with his hands (no food prep gloves) & then tryed to give me my order with half of what i ordered still in the carton, my order clearly stated Large chips with my order & what he put in my carton was less than a small portion, in my opinion the lad had no respect for his work collegues & very little respect for the people he was serving... will i go back there, yess but only to see if the level of service has improved to what...

Absolutely no social distancing, ordered food, expecting 50% off eat out to help out, had a refund voucher, presented REFUND voucher, was given reciept and charged full price, told I couldn't use 2 discount codes at once, the refund voucher wasn't a discount voucher, had I known before I would have saved the refund voucher to use at a later date as it was for less than the 50% off. Went to waiting area and they continued to let people in and serve them, they couldn't keep up with orders so collection area was packed full. Told kids to sit down while I waited to mean less people. Eventually food was ready but the drinks had been poured for so long the cups had gone soggy, meaning the cup sides squashed inwards when you tried to pick them up. Had to squueeze passed other customers to make my way through collection area to get to seating area. No sign of any staff or management on shop floor to stop more customers coming into the already overful restaurant, left our drinks on the table as we couldn't take them with us in the soggy cups and took food with us. Waited over 10 minutes to be served. About 4 staff members walked by and only one was serving and she was also packing orders for customers in the store and just eat customers too. If you can't handle the amount of orders or don't have the stuff numbers to keep up with demand then hire more staff that want to work there. Not look at you whilst you're getting frustrated with the amount of staff ignoring you walking around not doing very much. The wife used the toilets and found that they were absolutely filthy. Wee on the floor and (what she hoped was) ketchup wiped all over the floors and walls. Informed the lady who was serving me (who was very nice, had great customer service and did what she could with no help) informed other staff members and they said "I'm not doing it" or "I don't want to do it" Management was also informed but didn't seem keen to sort out the mess in the bathrooms. Food was alright but wouldn't recommend going unless they're willing to improve...
