McDonald's — Restaurant in Barnsley

Unless branch of mcdonalds.every single time we've been here there's an issue with our orders. I try to give the benefit of the doubt,especially since its our closest one but we have now stopped using this branch as like I say there's a problem with our orders every single time. From wrong items on the burgers or items on them when asking from plain, to diet drinks instead of normal,to no milkshakes available more often than not, no frappes available,no sauces when ordering them,or only x2 sauces for x2 20 chicken nugget share boxes when there should be x8(should be 4 for each share box) no straws with the orders I could go on.and that's after waiting everytime around 15-20mins and then finding out the orders are wrong so you've then to wait again now use the town center one near morrisons or stairfoot branch who can get it right first time! Too busy with just eat/deliveroo orders first but saying that we order from here via one of these delivery services years ago and that was cocked up aswell as they forgot 1 of the 20 nugget share boxes 🙈 and no sauces that...

I had my Granddaughter 2 weeks ago. Went through the drive through. got home there was no fries in both our meals. I phoned straight away A manager gave me a code and appolagised. Said next visit you can claim 2 free meals for the mistake.went in today with my Granddaughter and gave a customer service woman the code and explained. She made me feel like a criminal with the amount of questions before she would allow us to order. She then proceeded to ask other members of staff in front of other customers just to embarrass us.As though we were stealing something. I asked her are you calling me a liar ? She then allowed us to order. I told her I was going to report her attitude and she said she was doing her job. I said well if it had been done right to begin with I wouldn't be here. She must have realised how rude she'd been cos she came out to us while we were eating and asked if we'd like a completely ice cream to follow. I didn't but my Granddaughter did. Nearly full of young under 25 staff who haven't a clue because it's cheaper to employ them, they make you go through the drive through place you're double s+e mcmuffin meal and forget to tell me and everyother people parked up their is no hash browns, then after 20 mins of waiting they finally come and say there is no hash browns do you want a brownie instead. Me no not for breakfast can I have my money back.
