Kosthuree — Restaurant in Basildon

Placed an order at 6:40pm through just eat. Was told it would be 1 hour, 45 minutes after placing the order a delivery driver calls us to say that we are too far out and that he is lost and will not deliver our food. Told us that we have to cancel the order because it’s our responsibility. Phoned the restaurant who said that they don’t deliver this far out but he would phone the driver and call us back. He didn’t call us back but did cancel the order 1 hour after it had been initially placed. Extremely rude staff and driver. I wouldn’t mind but Google maps says it’s a 10 minute drive from Billericay...

The women were lovely but unfortunately I ordered a bottle of wine from the manger over the phone for my mum and they wasn’t actually presented with such bottle until they questioned the bill as they knew I ordered one. It was dishonest to take payment and then charge for 2 more bottles on the bill knowing they should of only been charged for one.

Manager was rude and hung up on me when questioned said he was busy and basically didn’t care. My dad managed to get one bottle taken off the bill but it is ridiculous how rude and dishonest a “manager” can be.

I order online food and who come to deliver my food that person very rude to me and he saying next time don’t order from this restaurant we don’t come here it’s so fare and he didn’t let me speak even that guy very rude for sure 100 I’m not happy with him I spend my money for good food and that guy totally rubbish behaviour body language totally rubbish person I never seen my like never ever again this restaurant just because of this person …. Again for sure 100% I don’t like to give this bad review but that person forced...
