Not the biggest pizza fan but loved this pizza. Will definitely order again. Ordered online, within a couple of minutes Brian rang to give us a time of 15 mins. Friendly conversation felt like a personal touch. Had 3 different pizzas, all delicious. Nice thin pizza base, with tasty toppings that were different. I normally order vegetarian pizza despite not being vegetarian, I don't like pizza with meat because it's usually salty and greasy, I had the bacon, brie and cranberry and it was delicious. I have been here tonight again for a Vegetarian Pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The service was speedy and friendly. As a child I was brought up with amazing food from my Italian mum and I class myself as a real fussy food critic when it comes to Italian food. Well I can wholeheartedly say that The Saucy Pizza Co is the most authentic Italian pizza that I've had in England. The fresh ingredients really bring out all the flavours together to make a party in your mouth. I certainly will be back as it is now located next to my favourite pub. I LOVE the pizza here. Our first experience was late at night on a Friday, and I don't like pizza at all. Like i really don't, it makes my stomach hurt and usually its greasy and gross. BUT, this pizza here is so fricken good. The garlic pizza and the meatball pizza is the best. I'd 100% recommended this place. It is a little expensive, but that's only because in NZ, pizza super cheap! A++++++
The wait time is an hour, but it's worth it!
