Honestly, stepping into this place felt like I got teleported straight back to Hong Kong. The cheung fun (steamed rice noodle rolls), siu mai (pork and shrimp dumplings), egg waffles (crispy-on-the-outside, soft-inside HK street snack), and Hong Kong-style milk tea (strong black tea with evaporated milk) — all spot on. Like seriously, if you closed your eyes and took a bite, you’d think you were sitting in a local cha chaan teng back in Mong Kok.

The vibe is super cozy — the yellow tones inside make it feel really warm and welcoming. One thing that stood out was the bookshelf full of interesting reads, including some books you probably wouldn’t even find in Hong Kong anymore.

The owners are a super sweet couple from Hong Kong who’ve been living here for years. They’re really friendly and full of stories — you can tell they’ve poured their heart into the place. It honestly feels more like a little cultural hangout than just a regular restaurant.

Also, downstairs there’s a small shop connected to the restaurant that sells a lovely selection of lifestyle products from Japan — all personally and thoughtfully curated by the Hong Kong lady who runs the place. You can tell everything’s chosen with care. I picked up a multi-purpose lip balm there and it’s honestly amazing — super handy and really good quality.

Can’t recommend this place enough. If you miss Hong Kong, or just wanna try something really authentic (plus discover some beautiful Japanese finds), definitely...

Best coffee shop in Bath! Amazing and surprising jelly coffee; black vanilla ice cream and awh, the blue ocean ice cream hidden within the bubble crispy waffles! What more do you want from a family friendly cafe? How about Japanese themes projected on the walls, funky seats and stories from Hong Kong? Find out more incredible stories within! No need to queue to get seated at the...

We love this cute place! Authentic drinks and treats Hong Kong style, made by hand include homemade kombucha in unusual flavour s such as watermelon and mint, waffles with giant bubbles and delicious local Marshfield farm ice cream, and unusual chewy sweet rice dough pancakes freshly cooked with a yummy crust. One of Bath’s newest gems in a lovely neighborhood. Recommend...

Hong Kong-style bubble waffles with the best ratio of 50% crunchy to 50% chewy. I missed it so much that I went back to eat it the next day 😆😆 I particularly like the kombucha specially made by the shop staff , which is refreshing and relieves stagnation making the whole day very enjoyable ! highly recommend
