Having booked a table for my daughters birthday we’re having a lovely time until your door staff member by the name of HACKETT man handled one of the party as he was “so called” drunk - however this person was sat in the corner minding his own business not causing any problems which I’m sure CCTV will show this. The actions of Hackett were wrong and of which I did voice my concerns re this as too heavy handed at the time . Whilst this was going on another member of our party confronted Hackett & implied that he was being too heavy handed and he to was assaulted as was my daughter who was pushed against the door frame causing pain without just cause or reason. My husband (ex police officer) who was at the toilet at the time of the incident & on hearing our daughter had been assaulted without just cause confronted Hackett and he too was assaulted and has cuts to face & arm. As a police staff employee this could have all been prevented had your door staff been more understanding, less belligerent & aggressive in their actions. Your doorstaff as a whole used their position as one of thinking they were outside of the law & thought it funny they had assaulted not 1 but 2 people without any reparations. Overall your establishment is a delight to attend but your doorstaff ruin it through their attitude towards your paying customers
